I-751 divorce waiver filer here! I got RFE on February 15 ish. Responded on may 10th. 
I just got approved 2 days ago and the “card was picked up”. They probably took a month after receiving my response to the rfe. Thank god after this long journey i finally got approved without additional interview length. I tried my best to explain my situation through a personal statement & provided plenty on online posts as I didn’t have many official proofs. 
 
My suggestion for everyone would be just be patient. The entire time of my application process i kept patient and silent. Because i know my stress or actions aren’t gonna change USCIS’s procedure. The only thing i did was going to info pass and getting stamp twice. Tbh I didn’t even expect my application to be approved, at least not without an interview. Hopefully everyone will get approved very soon. It was a long journey.Peace ✌️

Great info. but why do you have to do biometric so many times, does your fingerprint change? once you've done once they should be able to do your background with info they already have in the system (all they have to do is hit recheck button). but that's how the system works.

Congratulations everyone who got the interview!

This still proves the theory that
1. NVC does not schedule all month round.
2. VJ members are good sample size. (It is just quite impossible coincidence otherwise that bunch of people start receiving interviews after months of complete silence)
3. NVC reps on phone does not have any information whatsoever, other that if your particular situation is listed on your file. What that means is, if they keep telling you that they started scheduling for so and so month, and finished so and so month, they are making up that information. Which has no relation to reality.
4. VJ sample can tell an actual story about when interviews are getting scheduled and when they are not.

I think that the frustration on this thread isn't so much the times from CC to interview but more that the scheduling of interviews at all embassies appears to have come to a grinding halt.
We haven't waited overly long yet (in the grand scheme of things) in that our CC was 5th August but apparently notification for interviews for London are normally scheduled 7 days after CC.
We are told that it is the embassies who notify NVC of interview times but it does seem strange that embassies globally appear to have stopped scheduling since mid July. Why would every embassy suddenly find itself with no time to schedule CR-1 interviews? Is it that non-immigrant interviews have taken priority and shunted us to the back of the queue?
I understand that visa printing was an issue back in June and July but one would have thought that cases were processed on a first come, first served basis not type basis?

September interviews here we go! Only thing I don't like with weekends these days is that NVC can't work on our cases..

oh joy, i guess that's there message of the day. I was told about missing PCC today as well, this is after they said i have no checklist item other than ds-260. I am not going to send it for now, and talk to another rep or supervisor. ugh.

Ok I was finally able to submit the ds261 on Friday evening. Now when attempting to sign in to pay fees, I am getting the error This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately. Is this normal and I just need to wait longer?

My case was completed on last Tuesday after waiting almost 90 days. Still waiting for a cc confirmation email . Don't know how long more do I have to wait for a interview schedule! !!!

Anyways, after 7 checklists, yes, 7 checklists, from NVC in regards the Affidavit of Support, and going 3 times to my local congressman's office (which by the way, didn't help anything) I took it upon on myself to put on the boxing gloves and deal with NVC. I spent 4 hours and finally got through, and talk to one of the many LAZY BUMS that work at NVC. I have called several times before and tried to talk to a supervisor, but there was never "one available at this time" for my luck. Anyways, this particular time I called, and I said that I was recording them for legal purposes (I WAS BLUFFING, LOL) and that I just needed them to know. I proceeded, and I explained the girl on the phone the reason why I was calling for, and since she couldn't help me, I demanded to talk to a supervisor. She put a SUPERVISOR ON!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, BUT THERE I WAS, talking to a supervisor about my problem. That same day in the afternoon, I got a message that says, "ALL DOCUMENTATION NESSESARY TO COMPLETE THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER'S PROCESSING OF YOUR CASE HAS BEEN RECEIVED" I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS 8 MONTHS AGO! So people, now you know The national visa center, doesn't want the media to know how nasty they are to people, so the minute they know that they are being recorded, they want to help you. BTW, that was last week.... Good luck to you all..

I'm updating this spreadsheet:
I am IR-1 Visa beneficiary.
Original NVC Scan Date: March 5, 2015
NVC Checklist Scan Date: April 23, 2015
NVC Case Completed Date: May 21, 2015 (28 days after checklist Scan Date),
confirmed over the phone from NVC customer service representative on May 21, 2015
Also, the third N/A showed up on website, being changed from "Paid" to N/A on May 21, 2015.
Received NVC Email confirmation for Case Completed on: May 29, 2015.
Interview was scheduled on June 2, 2015 (I found out over the phone) (12 days after CC).
Received NVC Email with P4 letter (Interview specific instructions) on June 9, 2015 (7 days after Interview schedule was done)
CEAC status shows the case is "Ready".
Medical check-up was done on June 23, 2015.
Interview took place yesterday, July 2, 2015 at 1:00pm at US Embassy in Bucharest / Romania. Result: APPROVED. Yeah!
POE will be between 1-3 months from now ... Yeah! Finally! ...
Good luck to all VJ members with your cases! Have patience, I know that this process takes time, trust in God, and one day this journey will be history.

NVC phone reps have a new trick:
"Let me transfer you to a case specialist."
And you're back on hold for another half an hour.

My only consolation is that we are almost at the end of this journey. Even saying I have maybe three months left before I can be with my husband sounds so much better than being told at the beginning of the process that it's going to take 12-18 months. I feel so sad for people who are just starting out here when they find out just what's involved and how long they will have to be apart. I'm just praying that our supervisor review ends in a CC and not a checklist.

Just got off the Phone with NVC rep...today is day 31/30. She flagged case for supervisor review and advised it could take up to 42 days (that is so dumb). Guess there's nothing I can do but keep calling and pestering them until CC.

I have never heard of such thing as when IV/AOS package showed received on the ceac website means they have started processing your case, those tabs usually remain as N/A. If they NVC told you they have received your case it means it has been put in the system already they told you 30 days because thats the ammount its taking to review your documents.

When you called them, did you get your scan date? The 30 to 45 days start counting from your scan date.
AOS/IV documents received will not update on CEAC's website, it will just remain as N/A, so don't worry about that. The important thing to find out is that NVC received your documents and what your scan date is. Normally, you'd get an email notifying you of your scan date, unless they got your email addresses wrong, like they did with us.
I would call them again and get your scan date, then you know when to roughly expect to hear something. Also, double check to make sure they have your correct email addresses.
