HAHA. Sounds like me and my wife She thinks when I order out, we turn poor overnight. I tell her, relax... it's all under control! She also thinks we need to downgrade our cable plan, talk about blasphemy.

see there I'm different he hasn't had tv for 10 years, so I took money from my saving to get cable. Now we have just basic and I am looking foreward to have better tv!!

Therefor I started a savings account for him. Unfortunately we can't have joint accounts yet because i am not able to change my name!

I have now access to his online bank account therefor I tell him what not to spend anymore!!

In the beginning he gave me Money every month but now He just comes with me if I have to go to the grocery store!!

Also we are having are second and third wedding coming up therefor we need money as well! It is ridiculuos what a wedding cost.

In Switzerland I never had dept or trouble with money, I had a nice live and a job. Here in america every body has debt and is Paying off everything.

We have furniture since one year that is not payed of yet! I wish I could have job and just change everything and pay off the cars and furniture and all the creditcards!!

But is it really my job to pay for his past mistakes??

It can take over 1 1/2 to be approved. I applied for it just 2 month ago with my AOS. I have not been working since February and I tell you it is tough to stay home the whole time.

I also go thru MSC I received my Biometrics 7 days after NOA1 I also received RFE 7 days after Biometrics.

Like everybody says one month is not a long wait.

If you havn't heard anything for more than 3 months I would call.

Maybe you have a credit card statment that you have used youre credit card while visiting him or for tickets.

If you paied everything cash the only way I see is to have afidavit from other people proving they saw you together maybe there are familie christmas pics or videos??

I need some advice.

We got our RFE for I-864 and I693.

Therefore me and my husband filled everything out and I went to the med exam. Because my Husband likes to do everything by himself, so if some mistakes happens that he won't be angry at me.

Well done dear Husband!! He took all the forms and papers to work so he can drop it of at the US post office after work.

When he put everything in a envelope, some how the I-693 (sealed in a envelope from doc) slipped away and he did not include it.

as soon he got home and took the laptop out of his bag the envelope slipped out. He got so p#@!%.

Well the next day he called USCIS they told him that we have to wait for their next RFE letter.

Because the RFE letter was mailed unfortunately without attachment.

is there any way to send in the envelope without RFE letter??

does this mean that I will be delay with my EAD??

wow I applied for mine already in January for traveling in July

and I did not get an answer yet.

I named the reason for visiting my grandfather because he has health issues. And I also mentioned Holidays as reason
