Not only Americans have the right to their opinions and lifestyle choices. You say that like only in America that is true. I have always had the right to my opinions and lifestyle choices and so have a great deal of people that are not American.

If I were the salesperson at the dealership and I wanted to sell something to someone and I made a mistake, I'd prefer to take a money loss, fix it and sell it anyway, than losing that client. it's the second time we buy a vehicle from them. it has been established we're loyal customers, but if the guy thinks it's going to be bad for business to lose $1000, so be it, I'll take my business someplace else.
