keep trying over and over , it does that then one time you will actaully hear it RING
DONT HANG UP YOU GOT THROUGH!!!! but you have to try about 50 times
but you can get through and then they have you wait another 30-45 minutes
JUst keep trying until you hear it ring, if it goes to the message, hang up and redial so you dont hear the same thing over

I'm creating this Topic for May 2017 filers so we can keep in touch for status of the removal of our condition. We can use this topic thread.
My I-751 application is now bound this week, hopefully it will be much more faster since I'm seeing some May 2016 already got their approval few weeks ago specially from Vermont which is ridiculously backlog.

I applied for removal of conditions on my conditional green card through marriage last year, and got my 10-year (final) green card after removal of conditions 2 months ago. I thought I would not receive any further communications from USCIS, but I just received another notice saying that my conditional resident status has been extended for 18 months due to delays in processing. It seems that the USCIS system that sent this last notice isn't aware that I already received my green card without conditions. Has anyone else received this kind of redundant extension of conditional green card after receiving the final green card? If so, have you taken any action (like calling USCIS to report the redundancy) on that extension notice, or have you just ignored it?

Hey guys.... It has been a long time since I have been here in Visa Journey... We used the K-3 process for my husband coming from Canada in 2008...  Living life and time is flying and just looked at his green card and it's expiring soon so here I am trying to figure out our next step!!... He wants to go for citizenship N-400... can we just go ahead and file for that...?  or do we have to do the I751 process first?? ...   In a bit of a panic mode honestly thought we had more time before it expires... (March 2019)...Thank you in advance!!

I repeat. If you already have your 10 year card in hand,  ignore everything else.

If you already have GC, just ignore everything else.

When dealing with any US government agency, you answer the question that was asked.  Nothing more and nothing less.  If the main purpose of her travel was to visit her sister, that's all she need to answer.  If a follow up question to that is asked, then you answer that honestly.  Nothing more and nothing less.  She responded accordingly to the interviewer.  She did not lie, and was not asked a follow up to that question. For any single Filipina, it's almost impossible to get an approved tourist visa.  Nothing really silly about it.

Interesting perspective Scott but a little bit silly. Im sure the question was asked of her 'what is the purpose of your visit?' Its a clear simple question and it needs/needed to be answered honestly. That means the truth -the whole truth- and nothing but the truth. Giving a partial answer or omitting details is misrep.

About the greencard, there is nothing you can do really. Unless u can prove she didn’t enter the marriage with good faith....but that‘s almost impossible...
 but if I were you, I‘d just take care of myself.
As hard as it is...go see a divorce attorney and try to move on! 

Cheating isn’t fraud.
As others have suggested, get divorced and get on with your life.

Get a divorce and move on. Nothing you can do about her greencard. Maybe this will be a lesson learned kind of thing.

There is nothing you can do about the Greencard. USCIS does not help with marriage issues.

In regards to the green card: Nothing you can do unless you can prove she entered into the marriage fraudulently.

Received our approval notice in the mail yesterday dated July 27th and I also received an e-mail yesterday where my case status was updated and card is being produced. We were at CSC. Good luck everyone hang in there!!

Honestly, you just have to wait. You can try to call or make an appointment but at this point, I doubt you will get an answer different from what I said.

I filed the same day you did at CSC. Was your case transferred at all since you filed N400? Did they approve your N400 or just I-751? I’m anxious because I’m hoping for an approval very soon but afraid they are going to delay my case because I filed N400 and end up combining it for interview at my local office that is very backlogged right now. If you don’t mind sharing your time line that would be awesome! 

Wow! We finally got approval! For all who applied at CSC we applied in April last year and just got approval letter! They are coming through STAY BLESSED EVERYONE ! 16 months almost to the day!
