no it tells you not to count anyone twice 1 for the immigrant and 1 for you, household 2 . Your wife was already counted as the immigrant u r sponsoring therefor she will not be counted as your spouse also .

yeah means everything else is good to go and once they open up that ds-260 I'm done with these stupid people . this is for the embassy issues people are saying not nvc, but who knows . And yes you will I got a checklist just for the ds-260, they got to my documents before I could get it .

I'm about to request it as I was waiting to see if it actually went through paying online and it did and I can happily say I was just able to complete the ds260 as well so it worked .

the nvc runs on their own rules and doesn't care, people have gotten checklists for putting no file I just saw one this past week actually, they want 0.00 . This is why you have to write a letter explaining why it is 0.00 and you didn't file . Uscis excepts n/a, nvc will give you a checklist for it . Why I just assume they hate their jobs I guess .
