We'll well interesting too u all, so much frustration n stress for me we'll my previous lawyer before that filed for adjustment of status from 2005 for me when I was in us didn't let us knw that papers was sent to embassy frm then n that I would have to come down to ja to finish up the process or it wld be terminated .so I didn't knw to come dwn or well they thought if I did wldnt be able to come back so stayed n my file got terminated frm way back then cause it was open n pending so noo no interview for me it was terminated . So only way to go over is thru family member or marriage I jus feel like my life is all messed up from ppl mistakes !!!!

How do I clear my forum

No I was in detention center for a week. Honestly guys I guess I don't knw much about my case as I thought ok when it comes to all that's being filed I just left it in the hands of my grandmother and lawyer . I just try to take it easy n hope for the best . But I really need to know everything that was done specifically. Maybe he did file the I 160 I'm not sure . My gran/ just give me a approval paper to carry to embassy when I have interview that' was all .

Yea I need to really find out what's going on :/ I was young when she did the process I think it did go thru ,, but it's just the adjustment of status that couldn't be completed . It's she who the lawyer talk to about every thing that he is doing !she tells me what she can . Wch is that next I have to go for interview at the embassy . . The lawyer says he is waiting for the petition to go thru to nvc for pre processing that's what he tell me thru email. But I'm tryna find out exactly what petition was sent .

Guys I have a great lawyer who knows what he is doing paid a lot of money. So I think he knows just the right order and just the right waivers to file for my case thanks!

We'll if that's what was confusing ppl I hope it's cleared up now !but if u would have read the story u wld see. I said waiver was approved now I'm waiting for interview to see if I have visa and hope everything goes good, Soo clearly their must have been an application to get a visa of course ...

And also I was applied for early- reentry check it out that's an option for that waiver.

I knw it's not a visa it's a petition but application was filed so I can get a visa after waiver was approved , that's why I will soon have an interview to see if It went thru .

I will contact with the lawyer and ask everything that was done he has all my paperwork from the previous lawyer when I was a child.and should knw all that was approved .u would think I will know all of this but this been going on for Soo long . My grandmother is a citizen now and I remember testing her for her test whn I was a child. When I was in us and we went to see the lawyer he was saying basically previous lawyer didn't know what she was doing and that I should of been good she could of file sum paper for me but didn't . So all of that is a good help in my case we was trying to do everything the rite way just didn't have the best representation :/

My grandmother did try to adopt me . We'll i do need to really find out some more from my lawyer what's going on.because I'm here I can't drive to go speak with him .smh . He is hardly in his office or can't speak. I write him on face book he says he is waiting on petition to go nvc ,, I said ok so everything should go good then , his reply I didn't say that!?? I just don't knw.

We'll she maybe the adoption did go thru good enough for her to be able to obviously the lawyer knows what he is doing rite.

My case looks like it's finally coming to an end .see this is my high hopes *fingers crossed* I was brought to America as a child buy my father side of family u know for a better life ,my grandmother try to adopt me but it just couldn't go any further in that matter until it was proven how I came to the us .wch couldn't be cause it was illegal , So I just had to live a low key life ,I couldn't get a regular job or any thing just felt so out cast being in this situation I just wanted to be a regular us citizen live a normal life like the rest of my family but I was the only one in this situation because they wanted to bring me over the way they did illegally , I knw it was out of love for a better life they wanted the best for me but I just wld rather not go thru all they pain sometimes I feel like my life is just all mess.ed up. Bot I gotta stay strong. So the adoption couldn't go thru so I had to just life in limbo hoping for the law to change praying for the best .at age 22 in 2010 I got questioned by police they ask my info name etc.. I was sent to detention center ,the lawyer that was working on my adoption case quickly came into the matter and I had to wait to be seen by the judge . So for the next year n half I had to Report to isap wear foot bracelet for months had to report every other week! .my court date finally came up I was order removal 2011 in the Christmas week. I was heart broken felt Soo fed up of everything felt like I am just this criminal that done something so wrong smh . And I never commitied a crime in my life I abide by all rules and respect them... So we got another lawyer with more knowledge in my type of matter .which probably should of been done from the beginning maybe it wouldn't turn out or dragged out for so long . So I just choose to come back to my ja my mother who I haven't seen for 18yrs. The new lawyer said I could do an appeal to stay or if I go I could be able to file i212 waiver so Im here in jamaica waiver got approved last year my grandmother brought it down n surprised me was stunned that it was approved I was overjoyed , like finally is everything going to work out for me? I hope this will be the end the waiver is approved I'm waiting to hear when my interview date is but I'm so nervous I'm kinda terrified! how this will go don't wanna be turn down once again ... I just want a chance to live I deserve a second chance so I'm here waiting, praying to god that everything continue to work out for me ...

Will I get visa at interview what will that process be like ?any one experience this? pls give ur advice guys Ty...

Hello ,I'm Kim I have come such a long way been thr Soo much my head is spinning but I'm holding on ,so let me explain my story a bit I was deported from us in 2012 was brought into states as a child 6yrs old I got question for my name n etc was brought to detention center got out went to court got order of removal! new lawyer file i212 it got approved now I'm just Soo nervous because I'm just worried about if I go to the embassy n I don't get visa ...I never commit any crime while I was in the us only issue is that I was brought in illegally as a child so how do u think it will go for me the day of the interview ???
