OK I just submit my c1 visa application I thought it was easy to get didn't pay application fee as yet but I'm reading where it can be denied and looks like in my case it will be as I am unemployed and don't have any "strong ties" to my country also I was sent back to my country from us in 2012 I do have permission to reapply approved and married to a us citizen at the moment anyways I just would like to take a vacation somewhere for a bit and i got soo excited as there is alot of places i can travel to besides the us, come to find out I just have the worst of luck on all levels as every destination that I want to travel.to have to do a transit in the us I try all diff flights  and will have to stop there for few hours or so so what am I suppose to do now be banned from the world cause that's what it seems like at this point it's unlikely I will get c-1 visa the us is just punishing me from.all angles smh so frustrated!

OK what if don't really have strong ties but I am.renting an apartment.i.plan to open my own business soon and my husband is in u.s but i just want to go on a solo vacation by myself. Since don't have strong ties I prob won't get it then?

You mentioned you were brought over as a child. You didn't start incurring an overstay until after your 18th birthday. Because you got deported I'm assuming you continued to live in the US well pass your 18th. If you apply for visas in other countries they MAY ask for criminal history of all countries you lived in (similar to the US). This is where the deportation may possibly show up.

Correct I just would like to go for a visit but I'm being treated as a criminal it's just not right I'm very saddened at this point. Cause I have this deportation it will.alwaYs.show up

Yes I hear that they do ask but since it's not a criminal offense I was a child and brought over . my life is just messed up for decisions made by others smh.

If I was deported from.the us for illegal entry (brought in as a child) didn't commit any crime can I try to.get visa for Canada/UK etc.are my chances any good

The things is I don't have any ties just started working still on probation have to kore months before I know if I have it for good but without the ties don't think i would get thru.

My cases is very complicated don't think I can just fill it out like that I needs something else beside waiver I need some answers to questions need to know what's best.

Plan on going us embassy January approved i212 im a good citizen. cann I just get it from that, I doubt it but family sayn I should give it a try.i have a consultation with a good lawyer soon and then fill out application fingers cross don't want to.be turned down and waste my money but have to just take the chance right!!

I know it doesn't guarantee a visa ! But do they really issue waiver just for fun so no one with a waiver that tries to get visa gets approved is that what you guys are telling me. So I can just try but likely I won't get thru so doing the waiver was just a waste ?? ohh come on.i don't know what it will be i can only try and no one knows the hardship this situation has caused me i did not ask to be in this situation. and my hope is not up I have always seem to get let down so your right maybe I won't get it.

My waiver was approved so obviously I.can.apply if I like and anything can happen so.u dont have to be so.cold cause no one knows what can happen but God !

NoI got removed from the US in 2012 i was brought over as a child .my grandmother was trying to.file for me abd adopted me but I should have come back to ja my lawyer said but I didn't at the time. but it looks like the visa was ready if I did leave the us beforei turn 18 I didn't come down .so now that im trying to go back over before the 10 yr ban the i212 was approved and I find out visa was terminated from long time but we didn't even know. so I need to know if I can try to get a visa again now would I get thru

What should I do next I'm so confused right now gonna set up a consultation with a lawyer this week but just would like to hear what u all think. i got i-212 approved in 2014 but when I was in the states as a teen my grandmother was looking about my papers and looks like best thing was to come down but she said we shouldn't take the chance because not sure if I will be able to come back so that's why we just finding out now that it was terminated from back in 05 .
