Because your story does not add up and it is not fooling anyone!

So you are unemployed, have no home ties and want to 'take a vacation somewhere for a bit'. Errr yea ok!

Maybe think about your prorities in life? A holiday is the last thing on my mind if I have no income.

Maybe it's something to do with the fact your husband is in the US? Want to join him again as you got deported? Looking for the easiest way to do that and thought a C1 visa would be the easiest as its just for 'transit'? Check, check, check.

The door is that way ------>

For your information my husband is sponsoring my vacation thank you very much and I'm also in school so shut the hell up ####### and that's why you think I want a transit visa lol wow no I follow the rules and I wouldn't do anything like that !

There are many countries non US visa holders go to on vacation

parts of the EU, MX,DR, etc along with other islands.Lots of Jamaicans

go to China, Dubai, Japan, Holland, Ghana never going thru US

If one has a re-entry approved then showing strong ties, reasons for

deportation, reason to visit US are some of the hurdles.

If one has a spouse in the US then an IV will be needed, a temp. visa is not likely

Yes I realize that now I had to really search to find lol but I see that can go from Panama to alot of other countries. And that's why I say it's best I don't do the c-1 visa, just got shocked when I.couldnt find no flight not going thru Us , I think I need to delete this post cause some ppl really just getting on my nerves lol like OK I see now yes there are flight omg!! And I'm not looking a temporary visa or any thing like that my husband is filing for me. Just thought everything went thru Us and got shocked is all I think my problem is I'm sharing too much of my business on this site that's not needed cause some people ,not u*  previous is passing there place

don't mean to sound unkind, but I have read you other post about trying to get back in the US after being deported,  you tried to get a b2 visa using a lawyer and was turned down ,   You are sounding a bit desperate trying to set foot on US soil.  YOu don't have to intransit through the US to get to Costa Rica, there is always Panama.
