Hi all, I did my biometrics on Monday (April 10) and it was so fast. Maybe 10 minutes max? My case status also changed by the time I got back home, and it now says they "are actively reviewing my case" with an estimated time of ~9 months. 
 
Interestingly though, the approximate processing time here (in Los Angeles County) is longer than that, soo who knows. I've also had no movement or development on my i751 (Removing Conditions). Good luck everyone, waiting is FUN, ha 🎉 

She can check ceac.state.gov if the visa issued. Did she sign up for dhl? They should email her when it is available for pickup or drop off if she live in certain area.

log into to d260 online. it should be the second line where the petitioner name is with paid and submit document.

I got interview letter this morning my PD is 13 march 2011 

PD : 18 JAN 2011
interview date : March 30

So basically his petition was transfered from F1 to F3, what will add 5-6 additional years of waiting (if immigration reform will not hit it). I am not sure why NVC tells you, that it will take 10-12 years if the petition has not been voided?

I had my interview on the 24th of January in Lagos, Nigeria. It went well and I was approved. The following questions was asked below:
 
Questions:

1. Who petition for you
2. What does your mum do?
3. How many siblings do you have in the U.S
4. Where do you live?
5. Have you live somewhere else?
6. Are you married?
7. Do you have any kid?
8. Gave me a form to declare that if I should get married before I enter the U.S my visa would null and void.
9. Gave me a form about paying for my greencard before leaving.
10. Told me my passport would ne ready in 10 working days.
 
My passport was sent to DHL 3 days after the interview. I am really grateful I found this forum in June, because it actually helped me a lot to be informed about each step before it unfolds. I wish I found it earlier though, we would have salvaged my brothers petition, because we went to alert NVC when he got married as he was also under unmarried children. But as the Lord would have it, my sister also petitioned for him and the priority date is Jan 2006 so we are patiently waiting for them to contact him with a welcome letter, although I know that category does not move a lot and the average wait time is 13 years.
 
I pray you all get interview date and get approved as well, and I pray the new Immigration law put other family members into consideration, because its not good for families to live apart.
 
P.S whats the average wait time for SSN?

Hey!
Its been almost  a month since I got here, I just requested my SS last week. So hopefully it will take less than 2 weeks to get it, and as soon as my ss arrives I can get my State Id Card. Havent got my Green Card yet.
 
 
 
 

Last year at this time I hoped that 2017 would be the year that my process would finally be complete and much to my surprise I got my wish earlier than I had anticipated. So, here's wishing that this New Year 2018 will bring for you guys still waiting a successful resolution to this long process.

Some updates. My son and I landed two weeks ago. My POE was Atlanta, the processing was quick and easy. I received ssn in less than two weeks. 
My son was enrolled in school and will start school on the 10th.
I am job hunting and had two interviews so far. Hoping that I will get a job asap.

Do not tell me that i did not receive the form because I received my form via email along with my interview appointment letter stating date of interview. Seeing that you were not beside me when i downloaded and printed all three attachments received how can you say that it won't be available. Perhaps you did not receive the form via email does not mean others won't. I am an example that it does happen. You are correct that it is also available at the hospital on the day of medical.

So I had my Interview today - 
 
It went quite well - probably lasted between 3 & 5 minutes. The usual basic questions and when it ended, she said all looks good so far but they will have to wait for my medicals before making a decision (I only did my medicals exactly last week and since then, it's been holidays, work only resumed in Jamaica yesterday). In Jamaica, the hospital sends the medicals directly to the Consular office.
 
She didn't ask to see any supporting documents or any proof of relationship evidence, not even a single picture (I had so many supporting documents - I just wasted time and energy gathering them ). She has all the pictures and the supporting documents I sent with the I-130 Petition and she glanced through few of them as she was interviewing me.
 
Hopefully before the end of next week they should have my medicals and then, I will see how it goes.
 
So my interview didn't get that super climax feeling like most people here, I will have to wait a bit more for that
 
My current status on CEAC is "Administrative Processing".
