Ah, yea that happened to me, I didn't even think that it might be your problem. I was focused on the picture issue.

Shauneg got a reaction from Q2018 in RFE to prove Match.com is not an International Marriage Broker
I apologize. I was thinking of another site that comes up alot on here. People have had success with match.com by emailing them and receiving a written reply from them stating they are not IMB.

Shauneg got a reaction from Q2018 in RFE to prove Match.com is not an International Marriage Broker
Just print out their terms of service it should state implicitly that they are not a marriage broker, this RFE happens all the time when people say they met online. If I can catch people before they send the petition I tell them to send the T.O.S. with their package.....just in case this happens.
It matters because of IMBRA, not to make matters hard.

To be blunt, they shouldn't have to. It's your job to show that you meet the requirements, no theirs to lookup information that you're meant to provide.
I'm not sure what system Canada uses to track crossings, but did you try to lookup the I-94 history for the crossings into the US? It won't include crossings where they didn't swipe the passport, but presumably they did so at least once.
https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/
You can take screencaps from the video and print those out. It's not the same as sending the video, but it's the next best thing. I would also include a signed written letter describing the crossings and that you only live 8 hours apart. The IO probably does not know the driving distance between the addresses.

Shauneg got a reaction from JosephRose in Required days between medical and interview
Not even close to right for the Philippines, they get all their medical stuff the day they are done at medical. They take it to the interview theirselves, so they can interview the very next day if wanted and planned right.

Shauneg got a reaction from JosephRose in Required days between medical and interview
for manila they give you everything when you're done with medical...you can interview the next day if you wanted, just plan your medical two days before your interview appt. -

Sounds like you need to put your school on hold for a while until you are able to afford it.

Shauneg reacted to Springrain22 in Benefits for green card holder
Just pay for him and stop the drama, stop looking for something free. There's nothing free, someone has to pay for that. You signed the affidavit when you were bringing him to the country. Now you have to pay that price. No offense, just truth.

Shauneg reacted to Murph4865 in Rapid Visa
You need to learn a little more about how rapid visa works they charge a little more of course but they are also very strict on what they do for you, they have all current forums needed built into there web site. Yes you do collect all the information required and they make sure everything is in order and to there specs before they will let u sent all info to them. They go over 1 final time then send it off also if u do payment plan you can make payments monthly and they write check to USCIS. If u do not get approved they refund all except payment to government.
You have less of a chance to get the dreaded RFE with them instead of doing it yourself.
I used rapidvisa started in jan 17 k1 filed may 2nd noa1 may 5th no RFE do to the strictness of them helping me recieved noa2 on oct 27th along with nvc case the same day, customer service is always there to help via phone or email stays with you and fiance until visa approval. Lawyers are way more expensive do not communicate have chances of RFE, you also have even bigger chance of RFE if you DIY unless you do extensive searching. So until you know how a service works you really need not comment about it until you do your research.

Shauneg got a reaction from cd37 in U.S. Army kills contracts for hundreds of immigrant recruits. Some face deportation.
This program, named MAVNI, recruits foreigners into the U.S. military and they come from their home countries, enlist here and get citizenship........they don't have green cards...they aren't residents of the US..... It's this program they're killing. This isnt about those who have green cards and join for fast track citizenship......that still exists.
