You could but that might delay your case even further if you got two things going on. I would just send the new form personally.

Got 3 N/A's. Scan date is Feb 3rd no Checklists. Now lets see if they take another 70 days to schedule interview

I called NVC after submitting DS-261 and AOS fee showed as paid to ask how long before IV fee generates. The CSR lady said because she just reviewed it my IV fee should generate within 7 days. It showed up the very next day . So do call to speed things up!
