Thank you. The interview ( 16 min) went well. We arrived probably 30 min before scheduled time. The whole room was full of people but it goes pretty much fast. They didn't allow my husband to go with me. I passed  the civics and English test. He asked me following questions:
    - How did I obtain my green card?
    - How did I meet my husband?
    - Do we have any children together?
    - Where do I work and what is my occupation and the same about my husband?
    - Any travels?
I had to confirm bunch of other things.

    For civics:
    - For how many years do we choose US Senators?
    - What month do we vote for Us president?
    - When do we register for selective services?
    - One power of federal government?
    - Capital of Virginia
    - What are two ways that Americans can participate in their democracy?

Since I have I-751 pending he didn't approve my citizenship yet. He said that he looked at my case and it's approvable. He will approve it at some point today and I should have my citizenship approval by tomorrow.

I took some documents with me but I was only asked for my green card, passport and DL.

If you still have I -751 pending you will have a combo interview. I can tell you that based on my experience. I had my N400 interview last week while I-751 pending. The IO asked me how I met my husband then proceed with civic and English test . Then he confirmed that I passed my citizenship test but I can't be approved yet as my I-751 is still pending. He had my file and looked through it and asked me some questions:
    - My address
    - My and my husband's employers
    - How do we file taxes?
    - Do we have kids together?
Then he said that my I-751 looks approvable to him but he will approve it later on that day and most likely I should get my N400 approval the next day. The total interview was only 16 minutes long. I brought a bunch of documents with me but was asked for DL and passport only.

Today I received a message that my oath has been scheduled and notice was mailed.

    Good luck to you!!!

I don't see any updates on my cases. They received biometrics and that's it. I'm hopeful too  Best of luck on your interview.

Most likely you will have a combo interview. I have filed for N400 while I751 pending. I sent them inquiry about my I751 last week or so and this is what they said.....

To be honest I don't really care what they say anymore.  If they knew their answer would be consistent.  Whether they know or not we can do nothing but sit and wait.

I called yesterday and the Tier 2 lady said no one in her office knows what is going on.  Everyone is only guessing.  I keep in touch with many people from VJ since my K1 process and all of our files magically made it to local offices.  I don't believe that they will interview all of us.  There must be thousands applicants who received the message and we know that USCIS is backlogged with all sort of cases.  It will take them years to interview all of us. Everything will be OK.

Potomac received it and transferred to my local office which I believe is in Falls Church. Maybe that's why we see two dates. In my case Feb 26 and March 4th. I know that Potomac doesn't handle ROC but there might have some ''sorting'' facility there. I am only guessing

I called USCIS yesterday and they confirmed that my file got transferred to Potomac Service Center in Virginia on Feb 26th and then to the local office on March 4th. According to him the transfer doesn't indicate anything like early approval or interview. He mentioned that ROC process takes up to 17 months but reading previous comments it looks like all Tier 2's have different theories.

Mine was renewed for 7 years and 2 months and another Virginia resident got only for one year. I have ''NONE'' in restriction field. Who knows what you will you get. Seems like they are very inconsistent in this matter.

These are MY personal opinions, it is not an attack on any of you.
    1. That everything is about money. It's vulgar to discuss money 24-7 in my personal opinion.
    2. That there is no universal health-care. I come from the 3rd world where there is none but paid for insurance covers 100%, co-pays are unheard of.
    3. That some people treat immigrants with contempt even if they have jumped through hoops to get here.
    4. That some people who are not disabled go on disability, milking the social security fund more than it needs to be.
    5. That some people are generally interested in doing the the bare minimum, especially in union/govt jobs.
    6. That nearly everyone thinks all army personnel are "heroes" for fighting in unnecessary wars. No, you are not a hero, you are just doing a job.
    7. That sales tax is not included in prices. Why can't you just give a sticker price on everything that includes all taxes? It's not rocket science.
    8. That some people think this is still the "greatest country on earth" when in fact I see a society in decline due to laziness.
    9. That it's perfectly acceptable to "speak your mind" and hide behind archaic Amendments to the Constitutions when in fact you are spouting hate speech.
    10. That you just don't CARE.

You are correct in theory - it pertains to how long you have been married at the time of the interview/approval.
From VJ website: "*If your interview (and specifically the approval) occurs within 2 years of your marriage you will be granted a conditional permanent residency (2 year validity). If this happens you will have to apply to lift conditions 90 days prior to your 2 year green card expiring. If you are 'adjusted' greater than 2 years after you were married you should receive a normal 10 year green card."

You do not need to send any proof of having a joint accout, lease with both names, pictures etc. etc. for AOS. You will be required to bring it to your interview when its scheduled. You will need a state id or us driver license to open a joint or individual checking account under your married name.
