We were asked for one.  Either way according to the site you posted it said that if you didn't have a SSN Number then you could obtain a letter from the nearest SSO.  Why not just apply for the card while your there.

What airport she leaves is not an issue.  Unless its changed she will have some fees to pay for leaving though.

I had my wife's Visa sent to a 2GO office in her city.  They called her when it arrived and she picked it up.  I would recommend she call them first to confirm this as an option.

My friend, dont get me wrong, but before coming to US, I assume that your desire was to stay with your spouse right? So, now you have her to support you and help you going through this difficult moment that everyone goes through. There is no shortcuts no other paths.
 
Unless you have your advance perole before receiving the GC, you cant leave US. Get used to it, enjoy your new life.

As along as the US govt recognized the divorce it doesn't matter if the Phil govt recognize it or not. Just include the divorce copy with the k1 application. We did it, we didn't have any problems eventhough my marriage to my ex was still recognized in the Phils. The US only follows US laws. The USCIS will see it valid and not give you any problems. Always have your own copy of everything you send for the k1 application. 

I am in the same situation as you when we applied for my k1 visa but I didn't get any problem about it to get my visa. Just get a copy of your divorce and show it to the embassy and you will be fine. I'm already here in the states since 2015 and already a GC holder. Im still married in Phils with my ex and its  expensive to file annulment in there, I wish I know other ways how to get it change.

They will most likely send you an RFE. Request for evidence asking for what you are missing.

I am sorry to read your post. i am sorry this is happening to you. If you have no trust then you have no relationship. save yourself and let him go. There is a whole world out there and someone to make you happy, that is why we are all doing this. Keep looking you life long partner in crime/life is just waiting.
