The trump Administration is planning to pass an Executive Order in the next 24 hours to suspend immigration to America.  While it's unlikely the President will change their mind on the general policy, we believe they may consider a narrow exception for immediate family members of US Citizens, including fiancés.  We've started a petition a the White House which requires 10,000 signatures to get attention and 100,000 signatures to get a formal response.  Please join us by signing the petition at the following link.  We should have the membership to make a solid run at getting enough signatures!

Immigration could hardly be "more paused" than what it currently is for most of us here.

Any Green Card based marriage, AOS from student, tourist, work visa, etc.  I adjusted from a tourist visa (visa waiver program), hubby & I were interviewed as well.

Mine was pretty fast too. I was surprised I sent the package on 4/7/20, it arrived in Texas on 4/10/20, on the 14th I received the text, next day (4/15/20) my check was cashed and today I'm expecting to receive the letter. I hope I can skip the interview this time 🤞😀

That's really fast. I think since everything shut down they probably have time to processing stuff.

4/15/20 Received Text&email, CC got charge and they said they accepted case since 4/13/20 then transfer to Vermont center now.
 
It's pretty fast than i was expecting. Also if you filed AOS before 2018 I believe that they won't ask you for interview

which service center is MSC? cannot find any processing time for it.
anyone else here with MSC?

I just received a notification from my bank saying that USCIS Phoenix Lockbox charged my CC for my ROC submission.  🙂👍

Sent our packet this morning after a disaster with our printer this weekend! Now the wait begins. Just hope we sent enough evidence. It felt like a lot but then didn't look it once compiled. Wishing everyone a speedy ROC. 

We got a text notification yesterday that the case was received, and our check was cashed today! Whew! I was nervous that they would incorrectly reject the form or something.
 
Our case number starts with LIN.... so Nebraska. Looks like it's the slowest processing center (currently taking up to 26 months). Oh well!

Hello everyone! I sent my ROC package last Monday and it was delivered Friday (04/10/2020), but I was panicked the hole week because my dear husband went to UPS and the lady offered him to mail there, but through USPS and he accepted!!! After trying to tack the package for 2 days at the UPS website, I tracked on google and panicked when I realized it was an USPS mail package with a Fedex/UPS/DHL address!!! I was ready to get the package back but apparently it was delivered...now I'm anxiously waiting for the notification.

Hello! After one year and 4 months I filed for AOS, finally they sent me the interview letter 🙂🤗😊😀😃☺ It's on May 31

This isn't rocket science. 
 
7/17/17 is the latest version of the form, and does contain the Social Security card changes. I'm literally looking at them right now.
 
I hope you didn't charge your clients much for your services. 

I don’t think so.... I’m going to renew my EAD as well. I did my interview in November and still haven’t gotten a response. They told me they have 120 days to make a decision 😞😞😞😞😞
