I think its helpful. Its not my case but I know people in this form who have good job offers from the same company they were working overseas with a position in this country and they have everything ready just waiting for their EAD to start it

when I met my husband I knew basically 0 english and he didnt know spanish. he gave me his email to keep in touch and we would chat using google translator.
I learned to write and read in english surprisingly fast! But I would come visit and I didnt know how to pronounce the words I knew how to write..... we figured out ways to communicate with each other and we really understand each other! but people would think it was weird... so after a while my english got better because we started spending more time together, web cam etc... but there was an issue and this is what happens to your fiancee she is used to talk to you she understands what you say, but if a different person is talking the pronunciation, variety of accents is hard to get. it would happen to me we would be with friends and people would talk to me and I had to ask to my boyfriend what are they saying?? and he would say the exact same in english too and I would get it first attemp!!! it was very frustating for me. but the only way of overcoming this is when she comes to america and spend time around people.
I really hope you can fix it explaining its not a barrier for you two. Best wishes for you two!
I had to comment because I see everybody in this forum has very good english and it took.. oh god tears to learn it, and it reminded me of myself when you mention the CO talking to her and her not catching the words!!!!

Thanks so much for the nice words everybody I wish you all the best on your journey with your loved ones. God bless and Good luck!!!
You can't put everybody in the same pot, because I came here with ESTA doesn't mean everybody with ESTA is in same position. As I explained before what happened at the aiport is what made things change. We had no hurry to get married because my husband spends months of the year outside the U.S. because his job, and we wanted a nice weeding. So there was no need for me to stay here if he is not here, I would come visit a few months and when he was gone I would travel with him or go back to spain and this situation was working for us but after told not allowed in the country anymore he didn't want to deal with that since he can't just quit his job and come to Spain to visit me and then what.
I have no need to lie, my husband wrote an affidavit letter explaining the whole situation when we sent our forms. There can be reasons why our interview was so calm every couple and circumstances are different. I had to spend months here alone in a house not being able to drive, waiting for some family member to come the weekend to help me buy groceries because my husband had to go. It was not the situation we had planned, I still have a friend in Spain taking care of my pets because I was supposed to go back. Don't judge people so fast saying its a joke/lie.
I'm not saying by any means to people to do it this way and saying its easier. It's not.

Well not exactly. I never came here with the intention of getting married. But on my last visit I was retained at the aiport for 2 hours. They wanted to send me back home because they said I came here too many times. They called my boyfriend ( now husband ) and they said it was the last time I was allowed in the country as a tourist. So I guess if that happens to you when your girl comes to see you, you change your mind and don't want to let her go.We didn't even know staying with ESTA was possible, my husband contacted people asking if it was possible for them to not let me come again if I was visiting a US citizen and everybody said yes so he wouldn't risk it.
We talked about marriage before yes. But we were saving money to have a nice wedding, we were not even engaged I don't even have a engagement ring yet just a weeding band. once we had the amount of money we would ask for a K-1. That's why my husband told the IO we are still doing the real thing when we have the money, he understood completely.
Edit: I came to this country 11 times during 5 years to spend time together and I would stay always 89 days, I guess if it's someone intention to stay they do it earlier. We just were spending the most time together until had the money for eveything. I don't say it's easier and for people to do it because that's against the law coming here with this plan and can turn out very bad. I came here for summer with just a bag of summer clothes, bikinis dresses and shorts since it's so hot in the sout.
After staying and getting married, I had to go to the spanish consul, My family had to get all my documents like birth certificate and vaccines.... had to send me winter clothes..... I had all kind of evidence with me showing it was all in a honest way how we did it, and if the aiport issue never happened we wouldn't be married now because we had another plan

I think you are at your husband's mercy for lying to you and USCIS. NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE "forgets" that they were previously married and divorced. NO ONE. No one does not know when their spouse was born. No one, when asked if they had children, does not claim children from past relationships. You may have married for love but there are lots of red flags here. Why did your husband jeopardize your relationship and immigration status like this? Look inward, not outward, for solutions.
Honestly, if I were the Immigration Officer (IO), I would have reacted in the same way. Good luck!

Hiiii now you just have to be patient wait for everything.
To be able to work you will need your EAD approved and it will arrive by mail to you. Usually takes around 90 days sometimes less sometimes a bit more.... And since you came with a K-1 you may have an interview for your green card or you may get a letter that says you have an interview waiver, that means no interview and the green card takes a bit longer.
Once your husband has his EAD he can go to the DMV and get a driver's license in case he needs it and also work.

The guide lists everything required, however, the guide is based on the actual form instruction requirements. You should actually read the form instructions for each and every form you intend to file. They will tell you what extra documentation is required. Sometimes this will be other forms too.
You are complaining that you have received wrong answers here, yet you do not even seem to read the info found through the links given to you. This is a DIY info website. If you are going to Do It Yourself, then you need to be pro-active and research, read and learn. You cannot expect other people to re-print all of the instructions that are already available in a post for you. No wrong answers if you follow the USCIS form instructions, right?
All the forms and their instructions and fees can be found here. > http://www.uscis.gov/forms
Start with the I-130 and I-485 and see what other documentation and forms are required for each of those.
If you find following the instructions and filling out the forms is beyond you doing it yourself, then hire an immigration attorney.

Our interview was today at 730am. We were in for about 15 minutes. 10 minutes of the interviewer looking at documents, 5 minutes questions to both my husband and I. We got approved immediately ?????

Not everyone qualifies for VWP privileges and many can't get a B-visa to come to the US. Besides VWP/B visas should not justify circumventing the existing immigration laws deliberately but there are accommodations for exceptions, as is the case here.
However, we can all wish good luck and happiness to the OP in her journey.

This begs the question what went wrong and why you and your spouse don't want to fight this. Have you spoken to an immigration lawyer?
