This sound like the right way to do it, I may add make sure you include all of the pertinent data.
    Type up a letter.
opening subject line should be something like request withdrawal for I-129f form
Next line I would put receipt number
    then,
I Martha Stewart hereby request that my I-129F (K1 Visa) Petition ______________ fill with receipt number.
    State petitioners info
    State beneficiary Info.
up to you but you may put in a reason, like
Reason for request, received proof of infidelity on the part of the beneficiary.
put in a signature block and have notarized.
send a copy by mail and email to U.S. consulate in beneficiary's country.
you may also call the Servicing center handling your case and ask for it to be put on hold pending receipt of your letter.
I did a little searching to help you out here, please review these links

I added my wife as co-owner or liable to my USAA credit card account to help build her credit make sure she has access to credit if need be and they did not require her green card. But they are now telling me that in order to add her as co-owner of our checking and savings accounts they want us to fill out some IRS forms on her, and send in some additional information I am thinking of just getting a second atm card for her. Or transferring our cash to another bank we use and are not requiring those forms. my only thing I just want her to have equal access to all of our accounts she brought as much to our marriage as I did.
you may consider a different bank.

Thanks, We were thinking of selecting ORD (Chicago O'hare)as the point of Immigration or either DEN (Denver). Chicago is my first choice, because of where we are in Ohio once she goes through customs and switches planes it is only another 1 hr and 45 minutes to DAY (Dayton)

the confidence building takes time and america is over whelming to almost anone from any country other europe or UK
but as others noted he needs to get out and start driving, you can take him to remote areas and let him drive a little a couple of times a week, this will help to build his confidence in driving and himself.
all the while he needs to spend time with other people even if it is with you to get him out of the house and over time he will begin to feel comfortable around other people and eventually without you.
next is some kind of a job without you, it will give him exposure to others and help with his english and confidence building once again, this is a situation where he must just do it. I have had to travel internationally for business where they do not speak much or an english and i did not speak much of their language, but i just said ok, here goes and es i made a fool out of myself and sometimes ordered something to eat i really did not want but, i survived and actually began to enjoy it after a while

I know it seem like time is dragging, but just ahng in there it will pass by. In the mean if you have extra time on your hands and need to occupy yourself like i did, start looking into what she needs to do to pass the medical boards here. Just stay busy is my best advice.
    time will pass

If you read the I-129 instructions by USCIS bottom of page one it states if original signature is specifically requested then copies are ok. Now some say that the reviewers at USCIS have sent out an REF requesting original signature omelette of intent from beneficiary. I had my fiancee the beneficiary sign her letter scan and email to me and we did not have a problem.
Now if I understand the second part of your question about passport size 2x2 photos. If younare sure you failed to send correct size. Personally I would go ahead and include them in your response I would put them in a zip lock bag with the name of person on the back on them. Type or hand write a note and sign and date it. Stating you believe you included the wrong size in the original application and was including them just in case.
Yes definitely read the instructions on VISAJOURNEYS the are very helpful but remember the instructions posted by the USG on their site although not clear are the official ones.
    Remember opinions vary on here.

    Congrats,
Please advise did they tell the Beneficiary on the spot it was approved, how long did they say before they expect to get the Visa and what kind of questions did they ask?
My fiancée goes for her interview in less than16 hours from now, just hoping her Police certificate arrived at the consulate and there are no delays.

May I suggest everyone here who filed in July and early august and has not received an NOA2 all get together and call and politely let CSC know that, by talking to many, many others on a few forums you know many have already gotten their NOA2 's that filed after you did and think your files must have gotten assigned to someone who went out on a medical emergency or something.
If a bunch of people call and say we say people on these forum who filed after getting these notices we are concerned our files got lost or something, maybe someone will listen after a dozen call from different people.

Way too early eh, I am sure you can find a way to slow things done a bit, like commit a felony and have the Visa denied

I hate to say it, but I think that they only transfer as the work load requires.
they will however expedite if you can justify it, but unless you are military coming down on transfer orders are going on deployment, chances are slim very slim.
Sorry but I do not want to give someone false hopes.
But even as slow as TSC is, I would think they will have yours done in plenty of time for the wedding without a transfer

Well we just had a holiday weekend. A lot of people took Friday off and made it a four day weekend and some took this week off to enjoy some of summer before the weather changes. Some took Tuesday -Friday off thisnweek so.e they would only be charged for four vacation days instead of five and went some where before they have to push to get things done before the holidays.
Yes i am afraid the holidays are getting closer and that is raise toraise the anxiety level for all of us. ; (

Wow i did not mean to start anything here.
But as said above nowhere does it say anything about K1 visas. As i said in my question i see plenty of applicants where they are going through the manila consulate and they have been waiting a while.
People please do not make assumptions. If there is no authority to redline something, agencies will not do it as a rule they like their USG job too much. Once again that was why i asked for a link to the specific authority.
I know i am a newbie here. I have asked questions like a lot of others because this is new to me amd confusing. And i deal gooberment red tape 8 hrs a day. That was why i asked.
Now if someone said when they did background checks that people with security clearances were being rubber stamped and moving quicker. It would make sense, because i know the kind of garbage we go through and the annual reporting that goes on for people in some USG jobs. To where there is no digging necessary the FBI can see everything with the click of a mouse. So their applications should only take a few minutes for the background review of the petitioner not weeks or months.
What it looks like to me is it just happened to land on the right persons desk who just got back from vacation or something and needed some work to do and there were no issues and the case breezed right through.
So to everyone whom my question has raised their blood pressure a few notches you have my apologies. It was not my intent. I only asked out of curiousity.
