Hi, if you have a picture you can upload it to the ds-160 application before you submit it online. There is a guideline that allows you to upload a passport size photo or the 5x5 if you already have one and crop it as necessary to fit on the online application. You still should bring the required two passport size photos to the interview (5x5).

Hi, Now i need to mail my document package 3 to embassy so for conformation page of DS-160 does i need to stick my photo (on place You must bring a 5*5 cm passport- like photo to your interview ) there ? Thanks.

As for the letter of employment, My job does not supply them. We are told to have the person go to theworknumber.com and use my ssn and my employer's number to verify my employment. Will that be ok?

What does 125% poverty level mean. I currently make 37k a year. (before taxes)

I am prepare for K-1 visa, and for last few week we got letter from NVC to tell us we got approved for i-129 and our case is arrive in PP embassy and witch tell us apply for the form online DS-160 so, on 23th Aug is i already submitted that form by online and print out the confirm page , and so my question is what should i do for the next step after i submitted that form DS-160?

( since i submit that form i not yet hear anything yet from the embassy).

As i read many link and people experiences it make me confused.

And one i wonder which step/ when i need to send the DS-160 with affidavit of support i-134 to embassy (Phnom Penh embassy ) and wait for 10 days to 2 weeks?.

the form I 134 affidavit of support must be the original one and you have to fill the form I160 online ( dont forget to print the confirm pages) . you have to send all the documents by post office. It cost about $1.50 for sending. After sending the paperwork you have to wait about 10 days to 2 weeks to look at the appointment schedule. I waited 2 months to get interview.

Evidence of relationship:

I brought all my emails ( since I started to know each other till the day that I got interview) skype, pictures both of us , engagement pictures, receipt of the places that I been together , western union, flight tickets, engagement ring receipt. when you get the interview the lady who work on number 3 will ask you all the paperwork that they require. Plus, evidence of relationship.

Questions that they asked me:

1. what is my name?

2. what is my fiance's name? date of birth? where was he born?

3. how did I and him know each other?

4. how many time that he visit me? How long he stay in cambodia?

5. what does he do for living?

6. when he proposed me ?? when I got engage? who join my engagment party?

7. when I plan to get married?

8. the interviwer asked me any plans for future with my fiance

After he asked me, he gave me a light blue paper ( I got a visa)

Ideally, the employment verification letter should be on a company stationery

and should include...

1. Hire date

2. Annual salary

3. Job position

4. Contact person & phone number

5. And should have a signature of person writing this letter

We filled out and submitted the ds-160 and it says make sure to bring evidence of approved I-129f so I was wondering what will constitute as evidence. My fiancé has received two documents saying that our I-129f was approved. One is a standard paper with a bar code and our information on it. The other is a actual form I-747 notice of action. Can either one be used and secondly do I have to have the actual form with me or can I have my fiancé scan the documents and I just print them out.

We got the notification apply for DS-160 while my finance he got the case number sending by NVC last week.

2. The employment letter from his work, does he need someone sign on that letter since he work at TSA ( transportation security administration )?

and if there any other paper work he need signature from the government or someone so please kindly let me know.

our i-129 have been approved, on last week we got the latter from NVC of our case number in Phnom Penh embassy,they not yet contact us so what we should do to or prepare for make things will complete and work fast?

I live in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and I am starting to fill out the DS-160 form. It's asking for my National Identification Number. I was wondering where can I find that number, or does it not apply to me?
