Where are you reading this? I doubt anyone is getting deported over a driving ticket. And serious crimes? Well, in my book that is fair enough!

Guys chill out. I was at Texas for four month then by God's grace was transferred to California. My application technically was processed in 5 months the national norm but because I had a couple of items missing I had to send them in, they viewed and approved . Have patience. Many people have wasted, some from my group are STILL waiting at California. It has only been two months for many of you . I knew some people waited 12 months just for the NOA2. Keep yourselves busy and work on strengthening your relationships. The wait will test your patience and pledge as a couple . Learn patien and your relationship will be unbreakable

Yes that is what I gather as well. We received something requesting immunization and a new medical which is weird but our form looks totally different and ours came from a support center not field office? So weird

I think and this is my personal views many red flags are here. My thing is, if a relationship is SO bad regarding you ability to provide or not you will fun forest run. You will somehow catch the attention of a neighbor, or, somebody. That downtown that is allotted everyday on the internet I'd be investigating. Id also be asking my friend in Ohio that I speak to often with when allowed time to be feeding me some information where to get help ect as they have the 'liberty' to do so. I am a nurse and have seen status post domestic violence situations.....these women have a plan in mind not "I think I will wait until..." while I can't diminish the possibility of unfairness, control because she is a foreigner and young, she does not seem too desperate or she would not wait for her greencard! Furthermore, the friend in Ohio could sponsor her.. sounds sadly like a classic case.... too many red flags. When a person is in immediate danger they have a plan and they head towards that safe haven. They don't wait until they get whatever they are AFTER. It is immediate. My conclusion, pre-meditated fraud.

i know time apart is not key or optimal but that is the reality of things and as we bear it, our relationship will be even stronger than it already is. At least that has been my case. I do know others that the time apart has been and put a strain on their relationship. Everyone's circumstance(s) of course can be different. Best wishes to all. We are nearing the end but, not there and, one continues to press forward

report them and run! I would type a letter get it notarized stating everything including your deceit from her in not revealing about the child. get the restraining order.

i would install nanny cameras or something in the house. sounds like you have some waco's in the house with you and you don't know what they are cabable of

I would say don't withdraw it. seeing that you are at texas svc center, you can anticipate not hearing back until the april unless you are super lucky. furthermore, you will have up to 6 months to come over once the visa is issued then 90 days to marry once you hit US soil so, I think it would be plenty of time to save

ultimately, do what you guys feel is best in your hearts.

I was sitting down the other day just reflecting on how fast this year has flown by for all of us April filers....it seems like yesterday all this hype and confusion, excitement about putting in our papers, then this black hole of no news, then rumors of transfers, then transfers, now we are either already done with the process or almost there...my time flys when you sit back and look at the whole picture... I am just amazed. It is true this entire process is a small caption of the big picture...

exciting exciting! I told my fiance to call today to see what availability they have for his medical as he is off on the 9th so he can go and get it done. I will see if he did it!

not true. lately they have been getting through quicker. just got off the phone with them to reconfirm they sent our case to embassy and they said it was sent yesterday. I would call them right now. it was so funny I spoke with the same person I spoke with yesterday and he goes, "Welcome back!" hahah they are very nice there.

Also, it is quicker to call them but like the guy I spoke with this evening again said they send both you and the beneficiary a letter stating case number ect and future instructions to further process visa. However, once they send docs to embassy it is now under embassies jurisdiction not NVC as I was told again tonight.
