I'm still  waiting too. Mines was received oct 20th . Also did a SR and was told they running behind but working on my case . 

I actually enjoyed the 3 months of doing 'nothing'
Watching cable TV, napping, walking the dog, going grocery shopping nearby with a bicycle,
eating ice-cream all I want, reading books from library .... etc
In fact, I felt time passed very fast.
Once you start working, you will realize how little vacation days you get in US.

Any of the folks AOs from Tn status via marriage have any progress? Just looking for some one for October AOS filer similar to me to tag along with.

was super panicking today, my 90days are up in 8days and no notification/texts nothing and we sent my package on october 3rd and USPS tracking shows it was received on the 5th. so has been about 17days. I tried to ring a number twice each time they said they need to ecsalate the call but the next above team cant take any calls (too many callers) im guessing theres loads of us panicking and they are behind.
I think I will give it till tomorrow- praying for my texts today or tomorrow.
So frustrating as I was at the DMV yesterday and they wouldnt let me make an ID/apply for a permit because on my visa it shows I have less than a week left.

That's not true you will not have to pay back taxes I was in the same boat 2 years ago and now I got the condition of my green card approve just 3 days ago only thing his your husband have to been a citizen over 3 years and further more you will not have no conditions on your green card because you would have been married for over 2 years if you need any help I will help you I did all the paper work my self

yes you could be denied and may just need to file a waiver in order to get your greencard. have you filed anything yet?

you may want to consult with an attorney, just make sure what ever you do, do not lie or hide the overstay.
