Interesting....his marriage to first wife was bonafide, yet you became pregnant by him during that time so that makes your now marriage to him bonafided too. DId you become pregnant while here on your visitor's visa and then stay to have the baby or were you already pregnant when you arrived? (I believe you stated you had the baby in the US) You had the baby in 2012 and he got citizenship in 2014 under the 3 year rule.
So he was married in 2011, you gave birth in 2012, and in 2014 he got citizenship, divorced, and remarried. Within in 6 months of obtaining citizenship he divorced and married you immediately thereafter. Do you see the timeline there?

I read and followed this site for months before applying for any visa and wasting good money. Everyone wants to be together as quickly as possible but you will find that immigration does not work to your timeline unfortunately
Take some time, learn about visas, requirements, and everything that entails so you can be truly prepared.
Also, if you haven't already please please research his culture, his country, and it's customs. I have visited my fiancé 5x. I read about the food, the music, watch videos, everything to learn more about him that I can. I cannot stress how important that is for now and your future together.

Guess what!! She's not a better woman than you, I bet if the k-1 came through before the Swiss visa he would be there with you. He was using both of you and at the end when everything document filed was successful, I think he closed the woman I liked most.
As the other fellow member advice, please report to the embassy and all other necessary immigration services incase this skank ditches the woman in Swiss and want to come to the U.S. BE STRONG NOW... others go through worst, it's better to find out earlier rather than later when you have invested more in him/marriage you both would eventually have.

Possible Switzerland is a fabrication to cover his entry into the US.

If you'd like to get his visa cancelled,
you'll need to contact the JA IV Unit somehow, with:
1. a written letter requesting the visa to be cancelled based on his recent Swiss 'fiancee' visa, signed by you, complete with biodata on the 2 of you, JA consular casefile #, Alien Registration number, etc.
2. a written letter requesting that he be held by CBP and not allowed entry into the country, as you are requesting his fiancé visa, the K-1, to be cancelled.
It's Friday, you need to move fast if you want him to be denied entry into the USA,
as
the IV Unit in JA has to :
1. read your stuff then
2. act on your stuff then
3. get word into CBP to dis-allow his entry into the USA.

Yes, I did cancel his flight. I did this as soon as I found out about him going to EU.

Fortunately, I have an attorney who helped with the immigration process. She is making the appropriate calls/sending emails to ensure the authorities know the situation. The visa will be invalid ASAP.

She is also able to see if his visa has been used for entry to the U.S. and is monitoring it. It has not been used yet. I really do believe he is in Switzerland.

The U.S. visa did come through about a month prior to the Swiss one. He just decided she was the better option; she isn't "a pain in the ###".

I am done with him; I know it's better. It just hurts. I still can't wrap my head around him sending me the pictures and calling me with all the details. When I asked him why he stayed with me the whole time he said "you put me against you in my heart and I wanted to screw you over".

Did you purchase a ticket already, cancel his ticket right away... And please don't be lured and forgive him if he come begging.

OP, he seems to be overcompensating and distracting you away from planning to entering the US so you won't bother
interfering with his entry by informing the appropriate agencies.
He is just trying way too hard showing you the other visa and pics with her etc....
Unless he really had several eggs in several baskets, it happens, in case plan A doesn't work out some have a plan B escape route.
I find it extremely weird though that both visas were issued so close within days ? What a coincident ?! I think his sister is in on it all and
doubt he is in Switzerland.

I agree. I believe at some point he will come to the U.S. I Know how majority of these Jamaican men thinks, and I know at some point he well Rip that Swiss woman off and run to the U.S. and live illegal like some have done.

You got lucky! I would make sure to let immigration know about what happened, and the Embassies of US in Jamaica, as well as the Swiss Embassy in Jamaica. I would also make sure the other women does know about you and the double visa, I have a feeling she might be still in the dark, no matter what his relatives say.

Andrews Hospital is where you will have to go. Call and they will ask when is your interview and they will schedule your appointment date for you. I am not sure if they will send your results straight to the embassy or you will have to collect it. I was the one who collected mine, On my receipt the receptionist gave me the date to go back and collect my results, it was two days before but i collected it the day before my interview since I was staying over that night for my interview the next day. I was given a copy of my chest X-RAY and Vacination that they said I should show the chest X-ray to a Dr. incase i was requested to do a chest X-RAY upon arriving in the US..
Be sure to take the extra $150, i was given 3 shot and one was $6,000 the other 2 was very cheap.

Yea unfortunately Kingston is the ONLY place to go. My fiancé was NOT happy about it.. LOL
When I called Andrews, which was only couple weeks ago, they said it was $15,240JMD for the exam and to bring an extra $15,000 just in case he needed vaccinations or whatever. His appt is this Friday. I've heard some say they give them a sealed envelope to take with them to embassy and another said that Andrews sent it directly to the embassy. My fiancé just said that the Medical Center sends it directly to the Embassy.

LionessDeon is correct from my experience. Also, your medical appointment will be aprx 10 days to your interview and you have to go back to Andrews to collect the results 1 or 2 working days before your inteview at the embassy. I was told to take USD140 i think, I do not know what the exchange rate is today, and another USD150 just incase you will need aditional vacines. In most cases depending on ur age and if you were fully immunized you will not get any other shots. But be preprared with enough cash. I hope this helps.

The IRS tax transcript is all you need. Otherwise, yes complete copy of every document they sent when they jointly filed their taxes.

At my fiance's interview with the embassy in JA, they asked several questions about this as we also met online but not a dating website. They wanted to know how we could possibly build a relationship and fall in love online. I realize this is still USCIS but tell them the website, how you met on that site, and explain a bit how the relationship progressed.

Everything should be in the envelope and u can only see the edges and the envelop wrap tightly with the rubber bands. When i went to DHL the lady open the plastic bag gave me my passport and ask me to check if the information was correct and showed me the expired date and that i have to travel before that date. Just try not to burst the rubber bands around the package that says 'dont not open, to be presented to immigration officer as this is ur visa' Good luck

Plenty of people apply without a ring or before they have a ring (we did). An engagement ring isn't going to be the deciding factor in your petition. I can't imagine they will think any more or less of a petition based on the price of a ring. If you're concerned, just don't include that as evidence.

Your waybill number will be posted to your account. You will also receive an email from the embassy with the waybill number when dhl has it.
