If any of you try to download on weekend , we see issues
maybe they update the system as we have seen in the past (from Friday midnight till Sunday midnight)

I had this problem with several of the documents I uploaded. The solution was to keep trying uploading the same document several times, and eventually it worked. There seemed to be no pattern to which documents it struggled with and which went straight through. It took ages to add a joint sponsor because that required uploading multiple documents at once, and a different one failed each time. But we got there in the end.

ritbiv got a reaction from Petertrano in Trouble uploading Civil documents to CEAC website
Hi,
I am trying to upload civil documents in the CEAC website but every time I am getting an error message that says unable to scan file. My files meet the criteria mentioned by the ceac website. I have tried diff browsers and different operating systems including iPhone androids and pc. Is anyone having the same issue?
Additionally I have another question. There is a section called photograph in the civil documents upload section. Do I have to upload the beneficiary’s passport size photograph in that section or is it something else?

ritbiv reacted to Chancy in USCIS requested for RFE that does not exist
USCIS does make mistakes. Re-submit your existing birth certificate along with a letter explaining that the original BC was issued in English, hence there's no foreign language version. You may also note in the letter that it is the same BC you used for your own immigration journey (if that is indeed the case).

A big thanks to all the VJ moderator, admins and members. You guys truly deserve all the applause in the world. Not all heroes wear the cape. 🦸♀️ 🦸♂️
With that note best of luck to all my fellow VJers!!!

Yesterday I checked the website during the day and there was nothing. This morning I received one of those automated emails with “We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time” so I decided to check anyway as I usually got those emails every other week on Fridays. And it turns out there was an update. From the date on the website it seems the oath notice was posted yesterday.
As our timelines follow each other closely, I wouldn’t be surprised if you receive yours soon

Checking on @pollel timeline, she got her oath letter 2 weeks from the day of her interview and @pollel is from Manhattan too. I guess you will get yours soon.
