So sorry about that, the reps are nasty and notorious for telling different lies. I doubt if a supervisor can change their policy, but there's no harm in trying. You can ask of supervisor Silvia, Octavio or Betsy.

Thanks Samreen, the wait is even more than a torture. Thinking of all the wait time at USCIS, NVC and now the embassy, i just can't hold back the tears. The nightmare of this immigration process is just way too much to bear.

Thanks my dearest friend. Got an email from the embassy acknowleging the receipt of the contact sheet. I pray something positive is done ASAP. My patient and strength are all exhausted.

This are the kind of people that makes AP rampant in Lagos because no sane person would do such except his dating his host.

I was so devastated when we got the response from the embassy after asking for an update. Have asked the contacts and non of them have been contacted yet.
Its so heartbreaking and sad been punished unjustly.
We are waiting to hear updates today and if nothing is heard, i will hand carry it myself to them. There's no way they can deny that. Its just so frustrating and just when we think the journey is about to end then we are stuck at the embassy again.

They gave me a contact sheet which requires the contact details of a friend, a neighbor and a relative. Which was sent to them November 6th but yesterday the embassy claim they don't have it in my file. I cried when i got that response from the embassy. 2weeks wasted for nothing.
The embassy made me cry yesterday, they claim they didn't receive the contact sheet. My husband sent it to embassy and he copied me, i received mine but the embassy claim they didn't receive it. They asked us to resend it again, my husband resent it and i also send it again yesterday. At least they will get to see either of the two if not both of them.

Soloenta my sweetest friend, am trying to be ok, though its not easy for me. After going thru USCIS andd NVC long journey, then AP at the embassy is so heartbreaking. No good news yet from the embassy
