In their medical  instruction, it doesn't say you need to present the interview confirmation, just a case number together with other documents https://ua.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/151/Med-Exam-ENG-06-11-2018.pdf

you need to bear in mind that her visa will be expired in 6 months from the date of her medicals, so there is no reason to do the medicals too much in advance. Why don't you schedule the interview yet? Have you read here? https://ua.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/how-to-apply/

For you to know German panel doctors don't release the medicals as well if you have even one vaccination missing.

It sounds you are the one who is offended here. People told you clearly go and do your waiver but no one can guarantee anything. It might work or might not. Read the link from the manul that I posted. There is all information you need to know about a vaccination waiver.  And yes I fail to see the connection between Russian corruption and USCIS. Russian government won't  have anything to do with the decision on your particular case or vaccination matter. Russian panel doctors follow uscis requirements. If the US embassy tells them not to send the medicals without vaccinations, they will follow.  When you call or go to the US embassy, that's where Russian influence ends. This is US territory and they follow their own rules even if they might have Russian speaking employees who answer you. If you are going to be that argumentative and agitated at the US embassy at your interview it won't serve you well. I merely gave you the info. You blew it out of proportion. I wasn't hostile to you.
By the way it's in many embassies they might be a bit rude to you because they have lots of applicants calling them and asking many questions. They might have a huge work load. And if you search here, you will find many people complaining about problems trying to reach USCIS representatives and getting rude or insufficient answers, not just in Russia but all over the world and even in the US. The immigration process is not always easy. But if you are calm and follow their instructions, it helps. So if they tell you to do the info pass, come and ask questions, it's in your best interests to do just it if you want to clarify this issue.

Depending on your fiancée's son's age, you might want to ask him. No matter your opinion of his father, it's his dad's name, maybe he wants to keep it (at least for now).

I meant to call the NVC or US Embassy to confirm this yesterday because that ^^^ makes sense to us too. Our lawyer though said cumulative time so we put Russia and Singapore as needing Police reports. Guess I should've called to confirm this before. Thanks I'll copy the response from US embassy here. I appreciate the help.

We are comparing apples and oranges here. The OP is applying for an EB-1 visa which is for people with extraordinary ability in their field. As such, the bar is set very high for approval. Most of us here are or were on the spouse or fiancé visa route which does not require us to demonstrate any exceptional talent (although I do think I bake the best cakes this side of the Mississippi and I'm a brilliant wife 😂) - we only have to satisfy some very basic criteria: relationship is genuine, we are not crazy, we don't have TB and we don't have an extensive criminal record. Got those and you're in. But for the genuine relationship part, 99.5% of the population of the U.K. would qualify. We only have to be ordinary, every-day people. The spouse visa process is not intended to weed out people and only grant visas to the top small percentage. It's very difficult to be denied. The EB-1, on the other hand, is designed to be granted to only the best of the best. As such, the interviewer will nitpick and dissect to try to find fault with the application.

The reasons for which EB-1 applicants would receive a 221g do not apply to family-based applicants.

Usually the phone calls are accepted by people who are not officers, there might be someone on the phone who just gives a general information. You need to make an appointment and speak with an immigration officer as the woman on the phone told you. If you do this, ask all the questions that you are looking the answers for. Make a list. Ask them  if there is a risk you can be refused a visa if you oppose the vaccinations on account of moral convictions. Read the link I gave you and pick up some wording from there how to put it correctly using their terminology. Don't forget to share your experience with us. Good luck!

I am sorry I just ran into your post. I haven’t been checking into this website for a while that’s why I missed it. Anyway there is nothing wrong with the interview and no wrong answer. It is normal for this embassy and nothing you can do about it to correct or change the outcome. I know how you feeling after the denial. I went through this personally at this same embassy for almost 4 years. I did lots or research, travelled 8 times to my fiancé and wife(Got married after first denial). There is no point to look for reason of denial at this embassy because there is none. I don’t know where are you at this point. But if you really want to be reunited with your love you can succeed. I did. If you need help please let me know. I can use my hard fought experience to overcome this. I did myself then helped many others to overcome this as well. I am so sorry I didn’t visit this page for a while to guide you sooner.

I second that the Ukrainian government doesn't take birth certificates. If they do, they return it back. Everyone should have it or can obtain a second copy. It is the same original. It will be just specified on it that it is issued second time. Something like that.

If she is convinced this is a standard practice, I'm sorry to suspect that but maybe she is lying to you? I have never seen an adult person from post Soviet country that doesn't know that your birth certificate is yours forever just like in any other country. Like in the states you present it to get your first passport but then you get all your docs back together with the passport. It is easy and not a problem to get a birth certificate again if it is lost or old and you want to get an updated version. It is not going to be a copy but rather a second issue

The question actually required a simple yes or no answer without passing your hidden judgment.  From the comments It sounds as if someone asked people to give their output on how they feel about someone getting pregnant and wanting to expedite. It is not needed or requested. Stay away from it. Be respectful and polite.
