My fiance now my wife used that same company and at her interview in Manila they accepted the said "No Criminal Record" in short no problem using the company, that is base from our experience. If you decide to avail their service you'll be dealing with Magic Cheng. Goodluck to your journey

Hi guys i just wanna ask about my fiancè's previous marriage.. so here's the story.
My fiance got married in Singapore on 2007, on 2008 she lost communication with her hubby. In short, they've been separated from 2008 till now. But their marriage which took place in Singapore wasnt registered in Philippines. So in short, the marriage is invalid. And in my petition, she didnt indicated about the previous marriage since she can provide a Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from the Philippines.
Question is, would that be a problem or will the marriage be will be traced?
    Thanks in advance.

Unico reacted to betterdays15 in Joint sponsor for fiance visa. Confused?!
Good day! I hope to get some clarifications with my concern. I am filing for a k1 visa for my fiance, I am currently living in Manila and have only gone to the US once a year, no income or no itr. I talke to an immigration lawyer who said that I can file for a joint sponsor provided that person makes enough and he told me that the k1 is better than getting married and filing the cr1. I've read in some entries here that joint sponsors are not honored in Manila Embassy. Can someone please shed some light on this? I don't want to waste money on the fiance visa if we have little chance of getting approved Thank you very much in advance!
