    Ok after 50 looonnng minutes of being on hold Agent Tessa informed me that we have a CASE COMPLETE as of today..Our documents were scanned on May 20th. She has no idea if they are still scheduling for July interview. I feel relieved ??

    Thank you everyone I was a quiet lurker here ln vj lol but everytime I ask questions may it be private or post I always get an answer from our I-130 to our childs CRBA we got all the vital information here that the lawyer cannot provide. After 14months finally a case complete. I'm just so happy and thankful ??

    Yea they are shown there but the instructions I got from the e-mail wasn't clear enough for me, I don't want to take chances and I don't want delays cause its been 14months since we started this process. They told me they will need a request from the embassy so they can put the AKA but in my case I was able to get one with the AKA. It might not be nessary you are right but just to be sure.
