Oh no probably 1 2 more weeks tops remember the interview is at least a month from the date is schedule yours most likely will be march
Thanks for letting me know. I didn't know that. My anniversary will be February 28th so i guess by March i will be put inline. More waiting for me it seems.

The good thing for you is that you are already in line a lot of the delays are the background checks taking longer than usual when you are inline that means that you already passed this stage is just a matter of waiting now!!
I hear you, i am not obsessed but close to . lol. I have been very lucky in this whole process so i am confident it will still be fast and easy for me. I am just not a patient person. Wanna be over and done with this!!. I also hope it is finished by June. As i have a big trip planned and would like to have my passport. Sigh

Btw another thing I read or what I've seen is that the sooner they placed you in line the longer you are inline the people who got the appointment after 5 days of fingerprints were inline for 5 weeks however the guy who took 5 weeks to get inline waited only a week to get scheduled so is a waiting game... Let's keep looking at our cellphones waiting for the text to arrive... Me in particular I am obsessed...

I think that it depends on the local office and how close you are from your anniversary eligibility raza was placed in line (and many people in the Houston office according to trackit) 5 days after finger prints I did mine 6 days ago and nothing yet I read another post from the Houston office took 5 weeks to be placed in line (probably because of the 90 days early filing) I'm still waiting and see how long is going to take for me...but I guess that I could take weeks I'm hopping to be placed before mid February good luck guys!!

I agree with trocheeo I went today mainly out of curiosity because I didn't want to have problems since I went with two infants and they did not seemed to care that I went early if you have to travel so far they won't send you back
I know you are 200 miles away from the ASC, but re-scheduling will put you behind...I am sure the people at the ASC knows lots of applicants could not make it on time. Thus, If I were you, I'll try one more time before asking for re-scheduling. Play the "200 miles trip" card to the people at the ASC and see if that get is done. just my opinion.

Good luck raza I think that they out you right away because you didn't apply within the 90 days before the date so yours might move faster than ours, did you get finger printed here in sugarland? I have my appointment next week but my relatives are out of town so you think they will allowe me to go in with my babies in the stroller?
Updating the new column for getting 'in-line for scheduling'. Got a text this morning that I have been placed 'in-line for scheduling' . Frankly I'm impressed with the time interval for everything up till now. Hopefully I didn't open my mouth too soon

I have a question for y'all so you know what happens if you change your name? I was looking at the requirements to change your name on the tx drivers license and they ask for a court document I don't think that the naturalization paper will be sufficient will we get one? And if so when? Thank you!

I guess that same day oath would workout best for you but twice a week is very often still my office only does oath once a month depending on my luck I might have to wait a month for my oath which is sad when you get your interview ask them to put your oath as soon as possible I've heard that when you ask specially in your case that you are ao short in time they will give you space on the very next ceremony good luck!!!
So i called today to see if i had been scheduled for an interview yet and got some not so good news. (for me any way) The Officer told me that my A file was in Charleston waiting to be scheduled for an interview. Despite requesting Washington (as allowed in my particular case). I told the officer that we had requested washington because we need the same day oath, because depending on the date of the interview, we wont have time to wait for a oath date.. I looked online while i was on the phone with him and charlston doesnt offer same day oath, but it says they have oaths 2xs a week. He said he would get in contact with charlston to see what they can do for me, and email me once he got a response. So i really hope hes the kind of officer that does what he says instead of just tells someone something they want to hear lol. I have been inline for interview for 11 days i think...and everyone i have talked to says i would get a date within 10 days...So... But if i can get a same day or quick oath date, Charlston is only an hour and a half away where Washington is about 6-8 hours away. But then again we were wanting to go to Washington so we could get a same day Passport, and go to the Philippine embassy for a few things and then go to the Korean Embassy to get our Visas....

Hey did you put your speeding tickets in the n400? Did they had a problem with you having 4 my husband has two speeding and two other tickets I think it was a stop sign and something about a trailers light I'm worried that they will ask him evidence for the ticket payments because it was over 4 years ago and in Florida we currently live in Texas so hopefully they won't ask too many questions on that

It might be on the mail already did you notice that on the noa sais a receipt date and the online system says another? I think it takes a day or two for them to update online the info so it might be on its way...

Didn't they say a while back all applications would be online, and everything would be electronic? Hmm...
Question: when you receive the bio appt, does it mean they are with done all background checks needed, and all is well?

Just got the update they sent me the fingerprint letter my hubby too we applied on the same date... Good question I would like to know that also when does it change to interview testing? I think I am ready for the interview already I am planning on studying a week before the interview just in case I forget something because it will probably be 3 months from now...

FYI there's a really cool app for iPhone that is called us citizenship and flash cards I really like it because you can even put your rep on there and even now and then they will ask you local questions like the capital of your state the name of your senator and rep is really cool there's also one for android but it doesn't have the local questions...
Hello Everybody,
I went to get my biometrics done today in the Miami office. There were quite a few people there but everything was pretty fast , moved along really well and very organized. You definitely need to show your Appointment letter along with your green card.
Then after the person took my fingerprints, he told me i would hear something by mail. I also picked up the booklet there to study for the test.
Now the real waiting begin, waiting to be put in line for interview. Will keep you posted.

Question also on fingerprints do they change anything online when they send it? I mean do they put something like bio letter sent? Thanks...

Tell me about what I've seen it might be couple days after the anniversary date not too far it still takes less than 5 months total closer to 4 than 5 am on the same boat my anniversary date is march 19 and my patience is none
Oh well, that sucks because my anniversary will be February 28th. So that means my interview won't be until March, maybe april??

We are planning to do the same with our biometrics. We will go home tomorrow and I hope the letter will be there (fingers crossed). They mailed it on the 24th so maybe that should be enough time right? Either way, the day i recieve it is the day we will walk in lol.

I've been watching the time lines from November filers and I am afraid that those like me who applied within the 90 days early file period takes longer I get in line for interview in fact the only thing done before the 3 or 5 year anniversary date is the fingerprint somewhere around the anniversary they put you inline for interview and the date of the interview is usually after your anniversary date...
