Interview date given for July 7th ! Doh ! but my wife is due July 8th ! LOL we will have to change it .

I was told it was up to the emnbassy to give us the date , but we will have to cancel it if its before the birth . We plan to do the medical in August and interview in October . This way if my wife fails the sputum the two months should be enough . Also the CRBA hopefully around the same time .

IRS ? I was able to get mine back in March . You can get them online now . Just click on the IRS Transcripts Online . You can save it as a PDF and print it . Good to save a copy on the PC . I believe you can go back 4 years .

You can find it "right side on top" where it says Passport blg/Passport No.

Hopefully by June we will have an interview set . Just paid IV today and will send AOS this week . My wife is mailing me the papers for the IV and I will put that together and mail next week . I know Manila is tight right now with the typhoon expedites . By now it must be getting back to normal hopefully anway .

Thanks I just wanted to point out the view of the beneficiary . Everyone is so quick to talk about scammers and such . Who knows exactly what happened in the OP case . He is just looking for answers on the situation . I am not going to judge his fiancee who I am sure he still has feelings for . I am also sure that's not what he asked for either when he created the account .
Like I said before I had a similar situation , but I was able to stop it before the interview . I felt his pain sitting for a year and going through this long journey and to end up with nothing . Looking back you can see all the warning red flags , but you chose to ignore them . I have met someone else and using my past experience you can see the difference in the relationships . Prayers go out to the OP to find some comfort and be able to move on .

I noticed that you did receive a hard copy on 1/18 about the transfer . Since then your mail is being sent back to USCIS . This is just a thought , but do they enter in your information again at CSC ? Perhaps some error was made on your address if this was done . Is there a way for the OP to verify the address with USCIS ? It would appear something has happened since the 1/18 transfer . Would a simple change of address correct any mistake made by USCIS ?
