Another November approval:

Sent to Texas November 14

November 19 receipt date for NOA1 and transfered to CSC

Changed Alien number notice on November 21

Approved December 4

Receive NOA2 hard copy November 9

Hi, how do you know if your case was pushed up? Did you call USCIS or...? My petition is also at the CSC but have a few weeks until I can get really concerned... I know I will get RFE though so I have to wait for it, unfortunately.

It seems to me things slowing down after Thanksgiving. I noticed my estimated NOA2 date got pushed back a little.

Why would this be the case? I assume each consulate operates differently (obviously within the same set of rules though)
