The information for all 3 years is required, unless he was not required to file for those years (i.e. no income). Only the most recent year's copy is necessary, but all 3 years must be listedto be eligible as a sponsor.

A Warning To Green Card Holders About Voting
Do not register to vote in any election until you have officially been granted US Citizenship.
Going into this election season, it is very important to understand that for a Green Card holder, (Lawful Permanent Resident) to register to vote is not only improper, but can have severe consequences in the future.
Even though there are States that have instituted policies that do not require evidence of US Citizenship when registering to vote, the voter registration documents do ask whether the person registering is a US Citizen. Many have simply checked the box and gone ahead and registered, knowing that even if the State Law requires showing government issued identification, their driver license will suffice.
While this is not legal advice, the publicly searchable “9 FAM” (Foreign Affairs Manual) is quite clear regarding the potential consequences of falsely claiming US Citizenship. There is no more serious a misrepresentation, based on the consequences, dealt with in 9 FAM. The potential consequence of registering to vote or for any other federal or state benefit afforded only to US Citizens includes Deportation and a LIFETIME BAN from entering the USA.
If any reader who is not a US Citizen, has registered to vote in any official State of Federal election, I advise them to seek competent legal advice as soon as possible, to discuss minimizing or eliminating the risk of any future deportation and ban.
The law is, what the law is. Regardless of whether this particular or any other immigrant related law is being consistently enforced today, that can change at any time.
False claims to US Citizenship are taken very seriously by Customs and Border Patrol Officers. Some years ago, I was traveling with my step daughter, when we encountered a border check station on Interstate 10 in West Texas. My step daughter was quite proud of passing her citizenship test just the day before, and proudly answered yes, when a CBP Officer asked if she was a US Citizen. I quickly corrected her, so the officer would hear me, saying, “You WILL BE a US Citizen after your swearing in ceremony, but you’re aren’t a citizen yet.” Fortunately, the officer was understanding and we were soon on our way without incident.
Many have registered to vote, somewhat “innocently” because of the misrepresentations or ignorance of well meaning officers at the DMV (Driver License Offices) or even a campaign worker.

They may already have reviewed the documents.  Then, the administrative processing is the extensive additional security checks for applicants from Pakistan.  That would be for ALL males and many females.  If you have a very common name, it will take longer, even up to a year, or more.

Correct.  The visa is glued permanently to a page of the passport.  There is no electronic visa.  It can take even longer than that, but I would start making contacts to USCIS after 3 months.  The visa and endorsement stamp next to it substitute for a green card for a year.

Note that USCIS does not approve visas.  Getting the petition approved by USCIS is the easy part.  If both husbands are from Ghana, expect considerable extra scrutiny at the Consulate level.

Only if your father is a qualified household member.  He would be only if you live at the same address.  Combining income adds the household member to the household size also, meaning the income required is about $5,000 more.  If you do not live at the same address and can document it, you cannot combine income with your father.

The US spouse immigration process is not designed to be convenient.  Leaving her in India to have the baby and getting to the US to find a job as quickly as you (the petitioner) can really is the solution.  You can then add her and the baby to your group insurance when she arrives.  I assume the petitioner has the means to pay for the delivery, no matter where it occurs.  It's a tough situation, but the solutions, are simple AND inconvenient.

That's the fallacy of comparing two different departments information.  Eventhough the Department of State says PD is current,  the USCIS is taking a year or more to approve petitions. The DOS worked through the previous backlog and the Uscis is not able to approve them fast enough to refill it

The visa bulletin is used for visa categories that are numerically limited (IE only a certain amount per fiscal year can be issued) Seeing as you posted in the spousal visa forum I will assume you are filing a CR1. As this is an immediate relative category there is always a visa available so the priority date, thus filing and final action dates are not applicable.

Stop with the I-134 altogether and download and complete the I-864.  When faced with the same question, just do the best you can and explain as needed on the last page.

The question about current income is the current income you will be using to qualify. You can't use any of your current income to qualify because it will not continue, so all your income figures will be zero.

This question is simply asking you to copy a figure exactly from 3 tax returns.
Just copy the number from Total Income
Line 22 of your 2017 return and earlier.  Line 6 of your 2018 and forward Get Adjusted Gross Income out of your head. That only applies to those who did the EZ form, which you didn't. Take out the parenthetical statement.
My total income as reported on my Federal income tax returns for the most recent three years was:

    YES you did it correctly.
