Hi, just got an update on my case, AOS has been approved. I didn't do any interview. No update on EAD and AP. How long does it typically take for it arrive? Will EAD and AP be included?

2 days apart.  and now we have received our greencard.  hehe

Great to see some of the May filers are getting their I-485 approved, congrats to all so far. Did you see the status change online or did you get an e-mail? 
I a masking because when our I-140 was approved, I just saw it when I checked my cases, I didn't receive an email about it. After a week or so I did however, receive the decision by snail mail too. 
Also, what was the status of your case before it changed to approve? 
Does it need to be "under review" first?. Thank you for any insights you can provide, appreciate it!

I’d  call USCIS to have a tier 2 officer call me regarding my case. If the tier 2 didn’t call the. With  10 working days before the RFE deadline I’d get the medical. 
 
If I was using a lawyer,
 
I’d follow the lawyer’s advice. 

I would call uscis today and ask this question. Congratulations on your approval! What a great start of 2023!

We got RFE for medical, then 2 days later email saying our AOS is approved.
 
Someone said beware of glitch in system because email was sent on a Saturday (non-working day).  We'll just 'hang loose' and wait for an official notification in the mail.
 
Appreciate the suggestion to find a cheaper doctor elsewhere, as the one here is charging $340 🙄🤮🤬

It's been so long, I think I am in this May 2020 group.
 
Well, we finally passed the interview and waiting for our visa to arrive at home.  To everyone still waiting, good luck and have faith.

My better half had her interview om 02-24-22 and the lady Consulate said she was approved !!!
She said the Consulate was very friendly and asked just the basic questions except for one,
She asked how many rooms were in my house.
26 months from 129F to approved, a very long time but well worth it.
IT would not have been possible without all the fine people here on VJ.
Thanks to all that helped along the way..........

When I called and spoke to USEM, the person said it was already escalated and to just wait for phone call or email.

My F was diagnosed with Covid 2 days before her SLEC medical, 4 days later was her scheduled USEM interview.  One day after her positive test results, we tried to rebook her interview date but was locked out from cancelling or re-scheduling.  I called USEM and they said we have to be a no-show and after 24 hours from our original interview date was when we could re-book our interview.  24 hours after our no-show, we tried to re-book our interview and now we cannot get past entering our MRV code.  So we called USEM back and told them our problem, now USEM says we have to wait 5 days after our no-show to rebook.  A little bit frustrating to say the least.  Anyone hear or experience similar situation?

I think you should e-mail the embassy that issued it to find out for sure, but I would guess that it works as you described.  Activate it by arriving within the 3 months, then you have 59 days from arrival.  You can do an extension after arrival if you want to stay longer than 59 days.
