they schedule interviews only during second week of the month

so even if your case complete now you will have to wait till second week of next month to get your IL

so For us all case complete including myself October is out of question we looking at November hopefuly and if our embassies booked maybe December

There is waiting steps along the way not over yet if case is complete

and about the second week I'm 100 % sure of that so Everybody waiting on their case complete you can still make it to the November schedule

Mine was received on Aug 21 - so hopefully either tomorrow or Monday I should get something from them hopefully Case Completion.

Does anyone know is there any particular date in a month that is like a cutoff date for getting ILs in the end of the month? I know most if not all ILs are sent out towards the end of the month.

They received my checklist response in their system the last august 19.

Was 17 days without count that day.

I am specting complete my case this next week. I have been waiting 3 weeks already, since I submitted my dcs on august 19 th ( on their system). So I hope get my cc next week, we'll see.

Yes, after aos, you have to wait for your iv invoice, but first, they have to accept your choice of agent, which usually takes 3 weeks to get accepted. I sent choice of agent thru email last auust 26 and have not heard from nvc up to now. I also filled up ds261 online last sept 3 and, still, no response yet. When did you send your choice of agent?

In my case, my ds3032 was accepted in 8 calendar days. But the normal way is from 5 to 10 bussiness day.

We are in the same boat, cause I submitted on the same date. 19th on their system. I called today and I didn't complete yet, so I think they will take the other week too. But... He told me that they won't take more than 20 bussiness days. Its not ussual.

Interview schedules for October has already been given out since last week. Given that your case be completed this week, most likely you will get interview letter on the last week of September for the November interview (provided the NOV 2013 VB cut-off date is after your PD).

Thanks a lot jhunjhun and apple21, I just waiting this next week to be completed, it will be the 3rd week, since I submitted the corrections from a ckecklist that I had. In the other hand My IV visa form was accepted in 23 calendar days, so in name of god the cut off from october don't cut our hopes.

Hello apple21, please excuse my English , but I want to know something : What would happen if my case is complete and the October's visa bulletin does not cover my priority date (May 14/2012 ) . How true is that some people are saying in other forums, that althoug the case is complete, if my priority date is not available, the nvc will not assign to me the interview.
