  1. To help improve customer service, we seek feedback from our customers, stakeholders, and affiliated agencies to help identify issues that directly affect you. Email the Ombudsman Liaison Unit at OLUInquiries@dhs.gov. Please explain your concern, question, or suggestion as clearly as possible. Regrettably, we cannot post any inquiries online if they have case-specific or personal information in them.

I just saw this on the uscis website so I have sent an email to ask about the way applications are processed and why the newer filers are being approved before older files are being processed....

    Maybe I'll get a reply, maybe I won't. It's worth a try....

It's the not knowing what's going on that is so frustrating...

  2. I agree, very frustrating to see people being approved before us and I'm sure there are people that filed before us that are still waiting to be approved.... It is a sorry state of affairs...... I am keeping my fingers crossed that we all get approvals very soon, I would love to spend thanks giving with my baby but it is looking less ans less likely that is going to happen.... Good luck every one.

  3. You check it on the uscis website....

    uscis.gov

You were transferred the day after me, I guess we're pretty close in numbers....

Still we keep waiting..... And with Labor Day holiday we won't hear anything today.

Good luck, hope we get approved soon. ?

Oh yeah, you'll need to set up an account before you can check your number

  4. You me and everyone else that was transferred......

HunNee. I called the customer number from the uk (001) 1800 375 5283 went through press 1 for this press 1 for that.... Enter your receipt number...... Then it said " your application for fiance visa was transferred, you are still in the processing stage, please wait till 180 days from your transfer date before calling again" or words to that effect.... ?

Was that an EAC number approved in your group yesterday?

  5. Aaaawww that's great news that you will soon be re-united.... We have visited each other 6 times in the last 3 years, if I try again I think I will be refused as I am spending more time there than I am here and it gets very expensive... I am keeping my fingers crossed that we don't have to wait too long... I haven't had any RFE's yet so I am hoping that's a good sign....

I wish you and your new family all the best for the future, ? here's to a long happy life together. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement... X
