I just saw this on the uscis website so I have sent an email to ask about the way applications are processed and why the newer filers are being approved before older files are being processed....

Maybe I'll get a reply, maybe I won't. It's worth a try....

It's the not knowing what's going on that is so frustrating...

I agree, very frustrating to see people being approved before us and I'm sure there are people that filed before us that are still waiting to be approved.... It is a sorry state of affairs...... I am keeping my fingers crossed that we all get approvals very soon, I would love to spend thanks giving with my baby but it is looking less ans less likely that is going to happen.... I was transferred to TSC from VSC on August the 8th.... It's been 5 weeks since my transfer and nothing, my case hasn't even been touched since the transfer according to the uscis website.... I hope things start moving soon.... Good luck to all the transferred people.

From VSC to TSC transferred on August 9 no news but hopeful this week is the lucky one

We filed May 28th and transferred from Vsc to Tsc a day before you so our petition sat at Vsc for over 2 months before being sent to Tsc .......... I am hoping we'll all hear something this week too .... I miss my baby so much, I could really use a hug...... ?

Do you think we would have had RFE's by now if we were going to get them?

So the online status is really a waste of time?

There are 9 numbers in a row in my little cluster (including my own) ending 2788- 2796 and none of them have been touched either................. ?

HunNee. I called the customer number from the uk (001) 1800 375 5283 went through press 1 for this press 1 for that.... Enter your receipt number...... Then it said " your application for fiance visa was transferred, you are still in the processing stage, please wait till 180 days from your transfer date before calling again" or words to that effect.... ?

Was that an EAC number approved in your group yesterday?

I just called the customer service number (from the uk). Put in receipt number etc and was told I have to wait 180 days from the transfer date (August 8th transferred from Vsc to Tsc) so the 2 months its been sat waiting already counts for nothing!!!! Not a happy bunny today...... ?

I am May filer from Vsc transferred August still waiting for NOA2..... I think they have forgotten about us as I see June and July filers are being approved already ...... Guess we have to keep waiting ?

We are the same, not touched since 13th August...still waiting for NOA2. Our NOA1 was June 10th... We were transferred from Vermont to Texas so have no idea what is going on... Guess all we can do is wait..and wait... and wait!!!! :-(

Aaaawww that's great news that you will soon be re-united.... We have visited each other 6 times in the last 3 years, if I try again I think I will be refused as I am spending more time there than I am here and it gets very expensive... I am keeping my fingers crossed that we don't have to wait too long... I haven't had any RFE's yet so I am hoping that's a good sign....
