I think your proofs are enough already.. But you may have problem with the scanned passport photo of your fiance.. I think it would be better to ask from him clear passport photos.. try to avoid having RFEs

we used 2 big paper clips attached on top and arranged it according to how the items are listed in the cover letter...
● Application fee in the amount of $ 340
● Form I-129F, Petition for K-1 Fiancé Visa● I-129F Supplement: Part 2 Question 34a, explanation of meeting in person
● G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)
● G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)
● Evidence of U.S. Citizenship (Copy of Certificate of Citizenship; US Passport)● Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner)
● Copy of Divorce Decree (Petitioner)
● Letter certifying intent to marry (Beneficiary)
● Copy of Certificate of No Marriage (Beneficiary)● Proof of ongoing relationship
● Proof of having met in person in the past two years -
questions regarding I-134:
1. What should we put on the annual income? Annual income from the previous year as stated in the W2? Or Annual income (estimated) this present year?
2. If the petitioner own a real estate, is it OK if he chooses not to declare it because the annual income anyway already met the poverty line?
3. Do we really need to fill up all items or has the option what are the things just enough to prove capacity to support the beneficiary?
TIA

i agree with them... you already waited for so long... what is 30days compared to more than a year of waiting as you will start all over filing for spousal visa.... more patience... after 30days follow up your application. K1 approvals nowadays are faster...

If it comes up in interview, you're probably need to explain those things. Sometimes people made an error when filled out the forms. I hope everything is okay. I'll pray for both of you.
Thanks hope it won't become a big issue

I have read one inquiry about that and said you have to answer NO. because your sole reason of going to US is for you to marry and not to work.... let's see other comments for I, myself, is also interested with the answers of our friends here...

So its really thru naturalization but with our I-129F we tick thru parents. Do you think it would be a big issue/problem since we will declare thru naturalization this time with I-134? Hope an explanation during the interview will be just fine since I will still be presenting a copy of his Cert of citizenship...

now Im confused! what is the difference between US citizenship thru naturalization vs. thru parents? when you are petitioned by one of your parents (US citizen) and got approved and have obtained a certificate of citizenship - that is thru naturalization or thru parents?
we already got our NOA2 but it is just now that we thought of this... what we have placed in our I-129F was US citizen thru parents but now we are confused as we are filling up the I-134 (affidavit of support) as preparation for the interview.
if ever we are wrong with what we have placed in our I-129F, can we just declare US citizenship thru naturalization on the I-134? Would we have a problem since its different from what was written on our I-129F previously? Can we just explain the mistake made on our I-129F during the interview?
comments & suggestions are much appreciated TIA -
as long as you've seen each other within two years before filing they say its okay... it seems that you have strong evidences of an on-going relationship. so i think your good...

Late August filer here.. As seen on my timeline:
08/26/2013 - I-129F Packet Sent
08/28/2013 - I-129F Packet Delivered to USCIS Texas Lockbox Facility
09/04/2013 - Text & e-mail notification of application receipt (For Initial Review)
09/05/2013 - Alien Registration Number changed relating to I-129F
and now waiting for NOA1 hardcopy.....
-
I think the best step that you can do is to contact them.
-
oh well.. i just hope the one will check our file is having a good day.. haha
-
we use paper clips so as not to creat holes on important documents..
-
If you have other evidences to support genuine on-going relationship like skype/yahoo messenger logs, pictures, etc. i think it wouldn't matter even if you'll not be able to show the phone records...
-
I put two email addresses separated by semi-colon... one is my email add and another is my fiancee's. am I just fine? We both just wanted to receive notifications... And we are now waiting for our NOA1 email notification... Just excited! hihi

ok thanks for the inputs.. will really have to include them.. thanks

I already want to prepare other documents that we will be needing for our K1 visa application. I just have a question regarding the I-134 form particularly the question asking for "previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s) - asking for name&date submitted
I have a sister and her daughter who were petioned by my mother but I am the one who submitted my affidavit of support for them together with a co-sponsor (my elder sister). It has been almost 3 years from now since I filed for that. My sister has her own work already, have her own car, living with my other older brother, and pays her taxes on her own. In short, she is not actually depending on me anymore.
Now that I am filing for K1 visa for my soon wife-to-be, I need to file affidavit of support for her...
Should I still write my sister and her daughter on the section where it is asking for "previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s) - asking for name&date submitted? Even if my sister is not actually depending on me anymore? If yes, will my sister and her daughter still be included as a part of my household / dependents?
What I am actually thinking is if ever they will still be included, my annual income is expected to be higher as compared if they will not already be counted as my dependents. But i am also thinking if I will not write them on that section, I might be questioned if ever they'll find it out.
Need answers Thanks in advance! -
Mufmer said it all plus the passport photos of you and ur fiance'/fiancee like what Netsikai said.... you are complete and ready to send your I-129F packet! good luck lets cross our fingers for the next step

PauPau's I-129F checklist and question on Form I-129F 15.e., 15.g., 15.h.
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

Birth certificate of the beneficiary is actually not yet needed. But proof of citizenship of the USC/petitioner should be included (Certificate of naturalization / Birth certificate if born in US).
Good luck!
