No one knows..until your interview is done next month and your case is complete and approved by USCIS.

I agree. After all the waiting time from filling your papers to fingerprints and now interview ..and all the pain associated with it, it's unconscionable and so reckless to leave the country without proper document (green card or AP) if you want to live and work in US.

More patience.......mine just got approved yesterday after 12 months and 3 days

There will be a red flag for the second marriage and USCIS will always look into the previous one to see if there were fraud committed. You will have to demonstrate with clear evidence that the first one was a bonafide marriage and not a sham for immigration purpose. Take your time and have a lot of evidences, multiple visits because Nigeria is deemed hight fraud country when it comes to immigrant visas.

Ascendant00? I don't no one in this forum who can tell you what to do or how you would proceed with your RFEs whitout knowing whats in the request they sent you. You should describe them clearly if you expect members who had similar ordeals or who knows the laws can chip in for help...

Sorry about your situation but it very clear from the outset that in any conditional residency they do want the marriage be consummated if a child is born from that relationship or a strong financial Commingling if any covering that period especially if you're not together...sorry for your case

When it come to AOS, they would likely forgive overstaying visas, working illegally but NOT claim of US citizenship in the I.9 she filled out at the restaurant. They probably look at in to it. That's one of the primary reasons they ask you work experience for the Las 5 years in the US. It's a "ground of inadmissibility" therefore adjudicator may deny adjustment of statut.

Immigration is just a "waiting game" . Millions of people trying to immigrate to US. I urge you to be more patient because I've been waiting myself a year now after filing my l.130 & l.485 and gone through interview since April. It's quite a long journey for some people for various reasons but all you can do is wait like everyone else.
I'm in need of desperate help. Please

A real husband will never leave his lovely wife and awesome family at the whims of ICE for deportation. You should tell the truth about your marriage. What's your husband is scared off? Maybe a $10.000 fine and a jail time..
