Don't worry about the I94 number, just leave blank and attach a copy of the POE stamp enclosed in the petition and send it. The IO will always ask the applicant their passport at the interview to verify legal entry. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
-
It's plain ENGLISH....congratulations to you & your wife. She'll receive her GC within 10 days...the 60 days is nothing but a generic message for uscis.
-
Always include proof of a bona fide marriage. Try to frontload your petition to avoid any RFE which always derail or delay your dreams. Why, why wait for USCIS to request anything you suppose to provide up front as a petitioner for your spouse? I disagree with your attorney in that front.
-
Get infopass and talk to io and show potential proof that you won't be able to attend the interview and they will postpone it. You will be fine if you do that.

I don't want to sound negative but a tourist visa would be almost impossible for him to get because of him having no job, house or a lot of monies in the bank in other words strong ties in brazil to show in one hand. In the other one because of his mom and sister are LPRs, the consular officer would deny the visa because of that .Either wait for the I.130 or through his dad ( supposed he has already obtain a visitor visa or can apply concurrently with him), but you and you wife will make it virtually impossible for him to come in to US as a VISITOR.

Copies of US passport is also proof of citizenship if she can provide that. If so then leave the certificate # ( blank )
-
You don't need to post it in this forum. You can find that information in the State Department website..

Gohead an file the original birth certificate. Name changed DO NOT harm petition/application as long as she can provided the new one at the interview if required. Do Not waste time!!!!!
-
Initial evidence"" birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorced decrees, naturalization certificate must be submitted initially to establish relationship first before anything else.
-
I don't know why you're saying birth certificate aren't required according to many people. It's amongst the most "initial evidence " that needs to be submit. Make a complete English translation if applicable and notarized. Whenever an RFE is issued it puts your application/petition on hold but it'll resume soon as they received it. Good luck!!
-
Yes for naturalized citizens because you will have to submit your naturalization certificate along with the petition
-
Also don't forget to send a copy of that Request of evidence RFE paper they sent you along with the requested documents. It will match your file upon received and the process will start again
-
DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO USCIS. Just send notarized copies with English translation in the timely manner if you want your application to be processed further if NOT it's denied after 87 days and you gonna have to refile with new fees over again. Good luck

It doesn't matter whether your wife's presence will make any difference. I would renew my passport just to avoid any problem...that might delayed your visa

Her ss# is absolutely good and will never be changed. She will have the restrictions removed once she received her green card. The loan Guy is just a joke
-
Hypnosis got it right ..if your I.751 is denied for whatever reasons like you've suggested you will be placed into removal proceedings before an Immigration judge for deportation ..

See Canada from your window doesn't give you any rights to work there unless you're authorized

As a spouse of us citizen/ permanent resident, you may qualified to apply for vawa (violence of womens Act) provide you can prove that your us citizen /LPR spouse has mistreated you or you've been battered..have police reports and counseling documents. You can self-petition or retain an attorney. Reminder" your spouse shouldn't know that you're filling for vawa...
-
You are absolutely correct; if you do have enough income 125% above the poverty guidelines then there's no need to provide bank statements. That's exactly what we've done..
-
Yes she will keep it for life. Visit any SS OFFICE after receiving green card and they will issue a new card without restrictions ...

Congratulations

It would be wise not only to send marriage certificate but wedding pictures, bank accounts and so on. It's a good thing to front load your application or at least send basic evidence. The lack of evidence may triggered an RFE and unnecessarily delay your case.

Yes you can travel abroad anytime and live with your husband until your petition is approved. You can also check the status online but don't expect uscis to send you any approved petition aboard wich weren't DCF filled.
