onek reacted to aaron2020 in Rare case of USCIS scheduling interview for petitioner
If you want good answers to your problems, then cooperate and give the relevant information.
If you want to give silly statement like age is not an issue and has nothing to do with your situation, then make sure you tell that to the US Government.

Unless you give specific answers to people's questions, people will lose interest in trying to help you.

If he proposed jutst because you're pregnant, it doesn't look good.
And if you've been together for a year it looks like you've been together when you were married to husband #2. Seems like a pattern.
Still wish you all the best.

Your fraud case is very weak. At one point he was exactly what you wanted and you both jumped through hoops to demonstrate to USCIS and the embassy that your marriage was the Real Deal.
Normally I would advise you to slow down and stop rushing into marriage with men you obviously don’t know very well. But that ship had sailed and husband number 3 is about to go through the immigration process and into your child’s life.
Are all of them from the DR?

Exactly. So you already know to expect lots of scrutiny. Three foreign marriages in a short time period is not typical. They will see that you have a pattern of doing this.

Presumably he will file with a divorce waiver, well he may already done so.
So you will have 3 husbands and 2 children to sponsor.
Lots of red flags.

Yes. Lots. It looks like you are in the business of bringing men into the US.

onek got a reaction from tatsutachi in File upload time over 30 min....is that normal?
It's shouldn't take 30 minutes to upload a 5 MB file assuming you have high speed internet.
Try using another computer/ laptop.

First off, the site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and https, so you're already using safe website. Secondly, IF YOU DON'T DELETE IT YOURSELF after you convert/compress your file they "keep" your doc for 2 hours and delete it forever. I personally don't wait and delete whatever I'm working with myself. In this day and age I'd never suggest you do something that compromises your personal info, and this isn't one of them. Heck, with all the govt hacking it's probably safer to do this than it is to upload all your personal docs to the CEAC site.

onek reacted to Unlockable in Married to US Citizen, left to visit Canada but now denied re-entry to the US by CBP officer -- Help!
No that is not what they are saying. What they are saying is you lost your privilege of coming to the US without a visa. Now you will have to apply for a B visa to come and see your spouse. But just being married to a US citizen does not give rights to enter the US without authorization.

No you can't. That ship has sailed. Look at it this way... you were just deemed to much of a risk to come the first time, why would they risk you coming just to get your stuff? This happens a lot more than people think. People from no visa needed countries like Canada and Australia do not fully understand the delicacy of spending a lot of time inside and having a lot of ties to the US. Some of the things you posted make sense of why they denied you entrance.
For example...
This sounds like you were basically setting a life in the US. I'm just looking at it from the viewpoint of an immigration person.
You are free to apply for a B2 visa. But it will not be instant nor will it be a guarantee. Sorry you had to go through this. I have seen so many stories like this.
