The last update should be " Ready", which they receive it and stay at " Ready" for long time. The status will change to " Administrative Processing" right after interview. It might change again to " Ready" before " Issued".

My I-94 was Middle First name in the Given Name blank. However, my SSN is the same as the social security application that I filled out.
I-485 and I-765 would not affect by this mistakes because you dont even need SSN to fill out those applications or showing the card to USCIS unless they want to see SSN at interview.
However, I would go to SSN to correct the name if the I-94 is still valid within 14 days.

My renewal of I-765 and I-131 were terminated before I have GC in hand. They canceled the day before sending my GC because the applicant receives a status or benefit through other means.

If you file for the first time, then you need to include passport, I-94, visa, etc.If you renew, then you dont need passport or visa. I-765 instruction says if you are C9 category, then I-94 is not required. However, it would not hurt if you include it.

you need to file I-765 and I-131 within 120 days from expiration date. I suggest you do it yourself so that it wont cost you a cent and it is not too hard for those forms. You can look the guidelines on example forms tab, but you need to modify a bit because you are now filing the renewal instead of first time. The documents go with it are:2 passport size photos
photocopy of front and back EAD
photocopy of I-485

You call USCIS to request an inquiry for your I-765. Customer service will ask you why you want to do so. You need to tell them that USCIS's website says that I can submit a request if my case is pending more than 75 days. You need to make sure your application is pending 75 days because USCIS will tell you that your application is not 75 days from the date of filling. Then asking for the confirmation number and that is it. I,myself, as along with other people had been successful by submitting the request.

She can make an account in IRS's website and print the return transcripts in few seconds. It might take 2 weeks if she wants IRS to send her tax transcripts by mail.

Did you have a copy of DS-3025 when you had medical exam?

It seems to me that you guys plan to use tourist visa and apply AOS based on marriage. That is illegal to do so and the officer might not let you enter to US at POE.

I am sure it is 6 months from medical exam. I just look over my wife visa and it is 6 months from medical exam.
She did medical exam on 12/18/2013 and her visa expiration date is 6/17/2014.
They issued her visa on 02/27/2014. I can clear the info on her visa and then I will post here so you can see it.

You need to take some types of test from that college such as math and english. Some schools will require TOEFL.
There are a difference between University and College. College is usually offered 2 years degree i.e associate degree and University is offered 4 years or more degree such as Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Phil.
Some students attend at college at the first 2 years school and then transfer to University for 2 more years. Some students go directly to University after high school because they have high school on ACT. Some students have higher ACT score, but does not go to University directly because fiancial issues.

I am not sure if they are under the same policy with adults. We can pay extra 65 dollar to expedite the process and it could take 1 weeks to finish it ( I had done this before ). It could also take 1 day if you are near by the office who make passports.
