I am in the process of getting my PCC in India..i know i have to get the pcc from passport office..but my question is ....

In the G-325A form i mentioned that i also lived in another part of India for 6 months. Do i need to go to the Commissioner's office there also to get another PCC from the all places i lived more than 6 months?
