MVM reacted to TBoneTX in European Bachelor Diploma Recognized in USA?
The perception of equivalency might depend on the granting institution and its curriculum. For example, if she wished to go to graduate school, some U.S. schools might permit her to enter a Master's program only and not automatically seek the PhD. You might call the Undergraduate or Graduate Advisor in the Finance Department or School of Business at a few universities to learn whether her European diploma is considered equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree. If your fiancee wishes to seek employment with use of the diploma, the answers that you receive should give you an idea of what employers might think about the "strength" of the diploma.
The coursework, whether she wrote and defended a thesis, and her relevant work history or internship experience would all be variables, whether she wished to seek employment here or apply for admission to a U.S. graduate school.

I'm fairly sure you will need to hang on to your NOA2 letter. Seeing as how your petition was just approved today, your letter (NOA2) will be sent to the petitioner in a few days. Make sure USCIS has your correct mailing address. You can use the search bar to find out how to contact them to check if the address they have listed is the right one.

Congratulations to you!! Some people just get lucky and have their petitions approved really quickly. You should be getting a letter soon that basically says the same thing about the approval, and that it will be sent to your consulate for further processing and final steps.. Which country are you filing from? Each country has a different method on what to do after NOA2, so do some research on here!
    Good luck!

Sorry, after 10 years married I tend to us the terms "we" and "our" for everything. But I did not have a steady job (i am the USC) and my husband (we were married for 7 years before filing for GC because of his job on a ship) was the primary breadwinner and had our money saved and invested in Europe and and a company account in the USA in his name (for tax reasons)... So HE transferred the money (3x the 125% poverty level or like $60,000) to our joint account is the usa and he showed that it was deposited... They would not accept anything from foreign income (even through he was working abroad for the company and would be transferred to the USA) or any foreign held assets.

It would be 3 times for a spouse/fiance(e) from funds in a US bank, so $58,161. For the K-1 interview and the I-134, all the consulates have different processes and requirements. No one can guarantee any amount will be accepted. The more you have, the better. The CO has the final, sole discretion on whether or not they believe the foreign fiance(e) would become a public charge.

I do not know if the consulate would accept the foreign assets, but if they did I assume it would be at the bare minimum of 5 times the amount needed for income. So, at the very least $96,935 for a household of 2. That is how it works for the I-864 as well. Read about assets in the I-864 instructions. Is there no way you can open an account in the US and transfer the funds, since you are planning on living in the US soon anyway?

Kada budete otisli tamo mozete jednostavno adresu promeniti ovde online https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa
