    Hi Bob did you received your GC yet, we filed paperwork same day. I dont have any information for my case. I'm going to take a stamp in passport, my lawyer told me not to file n-400 till my green card expire and that is on begin of January because they need 3 year proof of residency, also immigration will count every day spent outside of states.

      No, nothing yet. We are hoping for any day now. You can file the N-400 90 days prior to expiration of the green card.

      I wanted to file n-400 but the processing time is whole year in Philadelphia I really don't have nerves for that right now. If they change processing time in the future I will apply definitely. Every year is different rule 3 years ago my friend got the passport in 4 months. Processing time for 10y GC was only 5 months and now is way longer. This whole situation is so sad.
