My fiance had her interview on Oct 8th, where she was told that they have to putt our case on hold under 221g AP. After two weeks we both got call from th embassy and were interviewed over the phone, first they called me and ask all kinds of question about my self and my fiance, as soon i finished with them they called my fiance and asked same questions. And so today she got call today and they said to her to come in on thursday and brin the passport)))) I hope and I believe It means that we got it through))))

Have you tried to get in touch with the embassy about that, I've been emailing them like every other day, and they seem like really good about it. They might reschedule it because of the hollidays, but I'm not sure why would they do that. Sorry

Have any one been through that and if they did how long is that clearence goes for.And if there is any way i could speed it up. Thank you much))))

When I was preparing my I134 i used to work at different job and my income was like 15k, but i had included that i have 19k in my checking account. So they told her to get a cosponser for affidavit support, but since January 1 of this year i have started a new job and my income is much better I'll be making like 25k a year and i have send few of my paychecks for a proove. they didn't even looked at it, and send her back, all of this got me confused I'm not sure what should i do next, could anyone help me please???

Thank you for wrighting me back it is really hard to get in touch with the Embassy me and my fiance tried to call them this past week and no luck. Then I wrote them an email asking them if they got our case they wrote me back saying that they got our case and that they couldn't get in touch with my fiance so they send me the package #3 which i send it to her right away and helped her to get those forms ready. I have a question when the package#3 is ready should my fiance send it through mail to Emabassy or what should we do?

Thank you, I send the embassy an email saying that we were planing to have our wedding on my birthday and if its possible to reschedule the interview date, do you think that would help?

HI VJ members me and my fiance got our package #3 and a scheduled interview date for October 8. How can we reschedule it for earlier dates. Please help thank you

I thought that approved visa is send to NVC. What got me confused that it says its been send to Department of state

is this mean good??

I just want to see if any one got any news after they got their cases transefered to TSC. Our case got transfered as well, and i have contacted senator Tim, Kaine hoping to get some help.
