    Hey everyone great news
    My wife's interview is scheduled for July 3rd in Islamabad. The issue is that the interview letter says that she needs to bring her original birth certificate and our original marriage certificate. The thing is is that I already sent this to NVC as part of my checklist that they scanned on May 13th
    Any ideas?

    Yup I called. After being on hold for a little over an hour I got a hold of someone and they told me my case was complete. My checklist was scanned in on May 13th. I appreciate everyones help throughout this process so far. It's been a long process, started it last April. Also, congrats to all the others who have received case completes recently.

    Called NVC and got my case number. They received my file February 19th

    I received the same transfer letter back on December 5th 2013 with the 60 day notice. I filed in April 2013. I received my approval 62 days after the transfer date. I was transferred to Nebraska

    You dont have to get it translated in the US, its up to you, but his email is info@acr-translations.com. He can provide with the quote. Also he doesnt need the original. You can send a copy

    You use the 1st address is if you are mailing it through US postal service. Use the 2nd address if you are using another carrier like FedEx or ups

    A&K_2013 reacted to scholozy in USCIS taking 13 months average to process i-130's for immediate relatives   
    The latest data point in may states they have 283, 697 applications. The completed 33, 120 applications in may. At this processing speed we got an 8.5 month wait. Better hope they get more adjucators over on the I-130 band wagon or we are going to be trick or treating for noa2s. :-P
