Welcome to Minnesota! Minneapolis is a wonderful place to live, full of parks, theater, sports, bike trails, and lakes. I am not certain on the elementary schools, but will say if you live in a good neighborhood it will have a good school, here in Minnesota education is taken seriously. For nice neighborhoods really depends if you want to live in the city, or a suburb. Personally my favorite neighborhood is North East (NOT NORTH THAT IS BAD)

Hi all, This morning I received this email from the Embassy in Algiers. To me it looks like we are finally out of AP, but I talked to my fiance and he has not been contacted and when I look online it still says AP. Any thoughts?
Dear Madam,
According to our record you fiancée has been contacted and informed to provide his passport and an updated Algerian Police Certificate. Once we receive the document, the visa will be issued to him.

I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but your fiance is coming from a MENA country and may very well be put on administrative processing for a lengthy period of time. I would hold of making any arrangements until he has his visa in hand.
