Good morning November Filers and other
Need some advise
I am having so many issues with my USC Husband and it has been going on for a very longtime but I have been trying so hard to make my marriage work with him. All the thing he has put me and my children through, I still love him and stayed committed to my marriage.
However, we had a disagreement last Thursday 7/21/16, and he left our home and have contacted me since, he hasn't been to his job and I have no idea where he is. This is the 3rd time he has disappeared without telling me or contacting me, just because he is upset about something, most times he is the one causing all the issues
Very frustrating and I am so stresses out right now.
Please can anyone advise, how will this affect my I-751 application, since I haven't been approved for my ROC, filed in November 2015, if I should decide to make drastic decision filing for divorce.

We did our Biometrics on 01/08/16,
Our appointment was at 08.30am and we arrived roughly about 8.45am. There were lots of people inside and also waiting by the door to be let inside. However, we were finished at about 10.30am...very busy there 1st thing in the mornings, if you have a early appointment.

Finally... NOA received 12/14/15, with receipt date 11/24/15. This was mailed out on 12/09/15..
I received the NOA for myself but no NOA for my K2 kids who was also included on my application I-751. Thought I would have received 2 separate NOA's for my Kids aswell

Hi Kash
I will try not to worry about not receiving my NOA, as yet
I did also call USCIS yesterday and unfortunately they will not be able to look into my case till after 30 days. I have to allow that amount of time and if I don't receive my NOA by the 12/23/15, then I need to call them back....

Did you send yours to the Vermont or California Service Center? I sent mine in to the Cali on 11/23/15, it was delivered on 11/25/15 and I received my NOA1 (with a date of 25 November) a few days after Thanksgiving.

If you don't hear back from USCIS by 12/07/15 Monday you can call the customer service line (1-800-375-5283) and find out! What form is the I-1145?? If you meant the G-1145 E-notification, you don't need it when filing I-751 applications. Keep us updated. Good luck to you!
Good morning
Unfortunately, I waited until Monday 12/7 and I still haven't received any receipt response, so I will be giving USCIS a call sometime today. I did also check to see if my Money Order was cashed and I found out it was cashed...Is this a good sign and maybe I should not be worried.

A little late but i sent my package on Tuesday 24th of November to VSC, package was received last Saturday 28 and Check was cashed yesterday (12/02), however, no NOA letter yet or any other confirmation maybe due to holidays..
Please add me to the list.

My package was sent to VSC - arrived on 11/23/15 but before Thanksgiving...I called the number and found out that my Money Order was cashed, so do you think this is a good sign...response just taking a little longer than normal.

Have you considered including healthcare power of attorney or wills (as often advised by our valuable member TBone)? Do you have a joint cellphone plan? Joint retirement account? Joint credit cards? Travel itineraries? Your list is already good. Good luck!

I appreciate your response to my list and I will made the necessary changes
As for Healthcare we don't have joint due to cost
Cell Phone - we don't have contracts - just monthly top-ups
Retirement - I don't qualify with my jobs as yet but his states me as beneficiary
Travel Itineraries - We have taken any vacation in the last 2yrs but previously before our marriage
Credit Card - we have no joint credit cards
