I called the DOS and yes they were very nice again. But no idea of when the interview may take place... And the list has not been updated yet...

Any other info out here?

I wonder whats's the hold up with the update. I prefer calling dos because it's free, quick, and you get the same answer. I did however email the embassy too to see if they say anything which I doubt.

That's the number but the only work until 5pm. You have to call tomorrow. And the 0 and 1 prompt are before the human answers..

I do analysis and crunch numbers for a living, trust DR petitioners I've studied that interview list from beginning to end lol.

By the way i have checked the interview list. It didnt say final anywhere. I have calculated that an average of 200-240 interviews per day.

So we could very well have interview dates in december guys in the dr

That's exactly what I said before!!! Even if you check November the last week is not at it's full capacity.! Let's stay optimistic about 2013 interview dates ladies and gentlemen

Just emailed the embassy, waiting list for me...

nooooo ni loca. I just hit ctrl +F and the search box comes up, then you can enter anything and see how many hits you get. If you enter 10/29/2013 it comes up with 229 case #s, with appt date and time.

I do it with my case # too but there aren't any hits--- meaning no appointment yet

In DR you never know what they are doing. So I would not wait for the list. Just always email them weekly until they give you a date.

I would never just check that list I'm too anxious ... I also call DOS everyday aside from looking at that darn list.

oh and for 10/29/2013 there's 229 scheduled so I guess there's a lot of room and a lot of hope.. Let's stay positive!!

The new list for january should come out next month.

But like I said if you search for 11/26/2013 there are 28 appointments scheduled and if you search for 12/30/2013 there are only 8... I will remain hopeful that with the next update (by next week) and god willing, my fiances interview date will be on that list..

They haven't updated that list since last month! I thought that new appointments were added each month. December is not even to full capacity yet so there is actually a possibility of getting one in 2013. Also they usually give you your date 2 months in advance therefore there's no way that that list won't be updated again until January! That would mean that people with January appointments Wouldn't have time to gather all required documents and their medical.

That's just my opinion

Yes. The cost is $7.00 dolars every time I call...

If I call DOS I don't think they can see any more than what I can through CEAC or the embassy page... though I never tried it.

DOS is free and they should have the same information as the embassy in DR. That's what MrTee suggested and he's very knowledgeable.

give it a day or two and start calling NVC @ 603-334-0700 and ask if they received it. If they have ask for your case #. Once you have your case # you can check the status @ https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?... It will say READY when they are done with it and will also say when it's sent to DR (status updated date).. I would say mine was in and out (read my timeline).

I call 1 (877) 804-5402, but I have not called them since the 20th of September, given that they told me to wait for an e-mail from them with package 4... blah blah blah.

I check the list every day... though I know it has not been updated since last month...

Someone told me that they schedule interviews at the beggining of each month and that's why I have been patient, but it is already time for them to do something.

My NOA1 has arrived June 21, then transferred to TSC in August 9, someone can tell me... Why my NOA2 has not arrived, I noticed that other members with similar date them have reached their notifications (NOA2) , even being transferred on the same date to TSC, Its so confused !! and I'm worry!!... its 102 from NOA 1

It's a case by case system. You can't really go by where others stand. I know it's difficult but that's how it is. People that applied much after me we approved way ahead of me that's just how this ball rolls. Just be patient and with due time you will have your NOA2 in your hands.

Hello everyone!

My case was sent to the Consulate at Santo Domingo on September 11th and it was in transit until the 17th. The status at CEAC changed to READY. Then it changed again on the 19th and then again on the 20th. I called the Consulate on the 20th and checked if there was an interview date already scheduled but they said, no, not yet, and that they will contact us through e-mail when they have scheduled it. We are still waiting for some kind of information but nothing till this day.

One more thing... if you read in the page from the Santo Domingo embassy you will find that they do NOT send package 3. Instead they send package 4, which consists of the interview letter and the information for the medical exam and vaccines...

I want to call again but they told me that when they would e-mail me... what should I do?

I've been calling DOS @ (202) 485-7600 and they keep telling nothing has been scheduled yet. And forget about the list. That ####### hasn't been updated for the longest.

Still no update on that appointment list. It's Oct 4th for goodness sake what are they waiting for?

No hun be happy that they are picking up speed. I got my case # exactly a week after getting that message. Don't worry you can always ask here and many ppl will help you. Hopefully before the end of Oct you case is sent to DR.

will I have to go to SD for the interview when it is time. Or will my interview be done here and his done there? Also what kind of documentation is best?

So its DOS i should contact? Cuz man i been obsessively checking CEAC and it still says "in transit" and for the appt is it scheduled automaticlly or at what stage do i have to call to schedule one thanks for the info by the way

Yes call DOS and ask if it got to the consulate. I doubt you will have a date assigned though because when I first started calling to inquire the reps reacted strangely at the fact that I was calling with such anticipation lol.

Iala78 I feel you pain but as I said at least we have hope in know that they haven't updated that interview list in almost a month. Once they decide to stop messing with us (just kidding) they will update and all us sent in in Sept will have our dates (god willing)!!!!!!!! I still hope by Friday the wait will be over.
