I've got one of those.  She's not a dentist, but she thinks she is since she works in the office with me!

Surprised they couldn't do it all at the same time, but some offices work differently...

Sounds like you will have to sell several more POTS so you can pay the big bucks for the ortho.

Pretty much all my patients are adults, and most of them are 70+ years old.  Have had a surprising number of them opt for "ortho" to take care of those crooked front teeth.  My joke, which has more truth to it than we care to admit, is that a lot of money is wasted on kids ortho as they always lose their retainers or just quit wearing them and several years later they are back close to what they started with.  I tell this to my adult patients and say that since they are older and wiser and they are paying with their own money they are much more likely to follow through and keep up with after care.

I got talked into being an overseeing dentist for the now defunct "Smile Direct Club" where patients would come to me to start their Smile Direct aligners and I would be the one to monitor and help with any problems.  Smile Direct was a low level orthodontic treatment geared to simple movement of crooked anterior teeth in easy cases.  It was originally marketed as a do it at home system, but that got them into some trouble.  My recommendation is to find a good orthodontist and ask if Mini-B's case can be done well with Invisalign.  Wearing the retainers following treatment is imperative.  This also means you will be buying new retainers probably yearly.  Great way for the orthodontist to continue to make money after the case is complete!

Sounds like everything else went well.  Good job Mini-B

    Thrilling Sunday report, see man:

Did not leave the casa, preferred status man.

Miu absolutely psycho-nuts all day, zoom miao jump run roll play miu man.
Miu mouth-seized bag of treats and carried it all the way upstairs to us, rather obvious miu man!

Lunch/din-din was toucans of Chef B. lasagna, chased with Many tablespoons of Costco chicken salad, ingest we man.

Conquered single laundry load and dished the warsher, must de-dish man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. & Mini-B. showed up halfway through AFV and actually watched the second half, amazing man.
Miu calmed down when Big Bruddah was present, must have been bored miu man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. reported that Mini-B. had been helpful around the casa, astonishing man.
At our casa, he sits around placing orders for food & drink, servile butler we man.

Mini-B. immediately wheedled an early birthday present from us, points for a game man.
Looks like he grew another inch again, up-growing wee man.

Nice picture.  More books there than I have read in the last 10 years. LOL

We stayed in last night.  I got a great nights sleep, much of it on the couch waiting for the moment.  Unfortunately I woke up at 1:00am and headed straight to bed.

Today we visited my daughter and the newborn twins.  Came back and had a traditional meal of hamburger and fresh corn on the cob.

Besides, wouldn't it be satisfying to pass along your sickness to the ex?

Finally today my wife's family left to go back to their own place.  I had no idea they would be staying so long.  Guess there is a bit of a mean streak in me.  I wake up early every morning, and Christmas morning I was up well before anyone else.  It was all I could do to restrain myself and keep from moving all the (kids) presents from under the tree and hide them in a closet.  Wanted to tell the little devil children that Santa didn't come, or at least didn't leave them anything.

    Friday GS report, see man:

We relied on a late, rather comprehensive GS listing to find the one place necessary to extend our years-long weekly string, si man.

The place was an apartment complex with no signs or indications of a GS,  man.
We therefore consider it to have been phantom,  man.

Thanks for all that help. It's a little hard to tell which of your experiences were pre-green-cart and which came later.

Sadly, some of the most attractive countries would require us to drive to Miami. I used to live there, and there is no way I will go back even briefly unless the other option is death. Some countries will let us apply in Atlanta. A monstrous inconvenience, but anything is better than a trip to Miami. I would rather never see Europe again than return.

Japan sounds promising. I have been checking out Taiwan, and so far, it looks like she can get in.

When she lived in Zambia, she had several Schengen applications rejected because the Europeans do everything they can to keep Africans out. I'm trying to find out if they still have her biometrics. They probably threw them out or deleted them immediately.

someone (USC) who didnt file tax for the past 2 years (2021-2022)  got RFE for i-864 when he filed for his mother 2 months ago.

    situation :
    1. he didnt make enough for the past 2 years
    2. he need joint sponsor ( that he never submit in the initial submission)
    3. this person said " i had a business and i lost / didnt make money. therefore i didnt file tax"

i told him to go to CPA to file that tax 2021-2022. and suddenly voila, he can produce tax return report that he got from CPA.
he cant produce tax transcript, something about website is closed for the moment to file tax ? ( not clear), but AFAIK, even when u lost for ur business, u still need to file tax no matter what, even when he finally got joint sponsor who made more than enough.

Si, man, except 2 out of 2 Ecus have shown this proclivity, inexplicable man.
We know from Many years of experience that then-Mrs.-T-B. wasn't always in a hurry, si and no man.
Cousin Mini-B. is as taciturn as they come, so hurry doesn't fit his profile either, si and no man.
We tentatively conclude that Ecus are somehow bred or trained to remove clothing thus, si man.
Ketchup is one of the major food groups, see and si and  man.

For Many reasons, couldn't do anything that's lurking in your mind even if we'd wanna'd, no man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. hadn't had a shower in 2 days, and the Rojo lives nearly an hour away, that's what to say man.
And everybody ends up sweet-talking us in general, Mini-B. and ex-Mrs.-T-B. chief among them man.

We asked if ex-she man had brought her own towels, hadn't man.
This was quite enough reason to deny any request, see man.
Ex-Mrs.-T-B. knows that we go aysheep if eventual Sunday laundry loads are unexpectedly increased, si man.
She would therefore not press the matter of using one or more of our towels, no man.

Yesterday my son called and told me his 5 year old had been running a 102 degree temp and was now on antibiotics.  Apparently an ear infection and they won't be making the 5 1/2 hour trip with an unhappy child.

Today as we were in the middle of food prep, my wife's daughter called and said they wouldn't be arriving today (for the big meal) because her husband had sinus surgery on Monday and wasn't feeling well.  Maybe they can make it tomorrow, or at least that is the plan.

Called my daughter and she and the twins were fine and suggested we try for a limited get together tomorrow.

No need for excessive drinking today.  Feeding everyone cold leftovers tomorrow.

My wife's daughter and husband and their two sons, 4 and 6 years old.  Coming over from Parkland near Ft Lauderdale.

My daughter and her husband and their newborn twin girls, 3 1/2 weeks old. They live just under 15 minutes away.
