Now listen to me i know most of you people are going to think this is some joke or bull but im dead serious1
I got my I130 approved a little over a month..
    I sent a I129F
So im guessing if yo send a I129F after your I130 they approve it faster.. Also som others that got approved within a month sent a I129F so if you put two and two together.. it makes sense
I figure the uscis gets the I130 then puts it in a cabinet.. then later you send a 129f they need to go to your i130 to check so they probobly pull it out of the cabinet. Then the uscis guys probobly like.. man since i already got his i129f in my hand and his i130 i might as well check on his case now cause i dont want to have to refile the papers in order back in the cabinet.. So since he alreayd has it in his hand he probobly works on it real fast.
I know it sound bogus but thats my thought

No one has ever been denied a visa because they were married 2 times before. The USCIS and embassy's job is not to determine what a likely outcome of the marriage is, but whether a bona fide marriage exists now. In essence, they care about two things, and two things only: 1. Is the marriage legal according US federal law? And 2. Was the marriage entered into in good faith? If those two are true, visa granted. It does not matter if she was married 48 times in a span of 5 years - if the current marriage is bona fide and legal, no problem.
However, multiple past marriages can make the burden of proving a bona fide marriage tougher, and as far as I know, in the PI make the burden of proving a legal marriage tougher. Make sure she was 100% free to marry when she got married to the USC. There have been countless stories of filipino spouses who thought they were free to marry, but weren't.

I am married 3 times. I sent in my divorce documents to prove I was free to marry. No problems. As long as she was legally free to marry her third husband there shouldn't be any problems. I wish your friend good luck and happiness.
