The forum is not to harm others when we dont know both sides of a story, ppl do &
say things to mess up others based on jealousy & hate...why not pray for the user.

decision as marriage, USCIS dont see cheating as deportable, even if she admitted to cheating, talk
to her see what she wants, check yourself, can still trust & want her, then seek counselling if both are on

Once a person is deported even mistakenly its very hard to return here....doable but hard
try talking to the postconviction center in MA & run your case by them they can tell from faxed
or emailed paperwork if its a positive or negative situation

Personal attacks are never kool, its a forum to say whats wrong or right in the immigration process,
when a post irks me or I find it unbelievable I never judge, or put down a person, in that
case I prefer to keep it moving...there are cases here I would NEVER respond to, if one cant say
good then dont say bad.

You can apply but must disclose the yrs you lived in the US why you were deported & furnish
any document you have re: deportation (It will not disqualify you) & if time has past, you
show strong ties now to JA, job, property, savings & a fiance that  comes & sign at the time
you apply then maybe you will get the visa. Canada does that now so ppl dont easily claim they
met or had a g/f-b/f in Canada & go applying for a marriage license. An invitation letter is required
with the host stating job, status, time they'll host & feed you & an itinerary of plans

I am his wife. Just so you are aware I use the word divorce because my. Husband has been unfaithful and lied to me as he lied on this board. Not once did I ever say he could work at McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts. Nor did I ever say we could state assistance. I have helped him with his resume making it and in every way to get here and while he is here. Our marriage has been hard with cultural differences as well as age. This is not the only job in the world and I am in a position where I can't move and I also do not feel comfortable at all with him saying there for the week and coming home on the weekend where he has been unfaithful. There is trust issues and everyone can say he should take the job easily but you don't know the whole story. 

I would go with the job, since its 3 hrs commute Mon morning, , back home Tues nite, commute Wed morn,& then
Fri go home, if she has your back as a partner she'll understand you staying in a motel M,W,TH evenings of the week
to give the family a better life, she could take a trip at times to come chill with you.I think shes selfish. OP is it
that you have not yet finish in the process of obtaining a GC & she is being manupulative.Take the job & commute
