Get a good Immigration waiver atty that can explain the process in the mean-time keep records of all the
hardships and medical U are going through, also go to this site immigrate2us.net, they have lots of answers
on there, recommend some real good atty, and U can post a question to one of the atty there that's online on WEDs
The process is long and stressful but tell your husband don't give up hope filing fees are expensive I would
petition my son first, then have him do the rest when he gets there. Its the best way if U are the only one working
what country is he in....best wishes

If his dad became a citizen when he was age 6 , his dad needs to pay an atty to visit immigration and show them documents to prove it, there's a 23 yr old in Louisiana charged with drugs, done 6 mths & picked up by ICE to be deported she was also very pregnant, they was about to put her on the plane when mom turned up with atty and showed citizenship since the girl was 12 yrs, they had to take her off the plane, today she works at a company on northside of Houston, mom was not married, they will snap U up and spiral U out if U do not address asap.....coming back is next to never

Real scenario, a few years ago right before 911 a young miss early 20s was legally in the country thru her parents
went to school there. Went to the mall with friends when sign up voters registration was in high gear, along with
her homegirls they were the youths being encouraged to register to vote, out of being dumb, not knowlegable. or
thinking segal and had a right to she signed up, fast forward to after 911 (everything scrutinized) her parents
just became USC and tells her to get her petition in there, she interview , told them she already registered to vote
and was denied (her parents never knew) they got an atty who rectified the matter it took about 2 yrs, so don't let
negative arguments discourage you, speak to an atty , explain and by the grace of god it will get sort out, do not sit
there only as a LPR and more rules added to where this will be found out ,for instance they calling you for jury duty,
get moving and fix it on your own legally ....Beast wishes.

So Call uscis let them know the marriage is fraud (with your complaint) get a fax # and fax said
statement to them along with approval letter, don't be around him ever with no witnesses & don't
drag your feet in taking action, also file for a divorce.
Its 3 sides to every story if you just not into him no more & want to be rid of him, just divorce
the guy and move on, also understand a swift marriage to someone of another culture will have hiccups
some culture the men is not touchy feely, loving, and show emotions except when mad, so think, look
    within.

Are U in or outside the US, it should not dis-qualiy U as long as U are not found to have legions at the interview
or as the other poster said illnesses related to your status, however I think maybe health insurance issue may come up
so you and the petitioner should get informed throughly....best wishes

Would U be able to afford her, can U afford the process, is she agreeing to marry for immigrant benefits
all this plus not meeting ought to be taken into consideration.
