The employer could apply for an expedited H1B visa (15 days) but those are pricey and they should be able to prove no one in the US can fill the role. Otherwise, you could petition an expedite request on your visa (free), but there are no guarantees. They can file a work visa for you.

You could apply again, however the odds aren't in their favor. If they've been denied twice and now they're wanting to come for a baby, it's going to look even more likely that they will stay. If your purpose is also to have them help with childcare, etc. that isn't something they can legally do or provide as an argument to travel, as USCIS views it as taking away a job from the US economy and working. Also, there is nothing you can do to sponsor their visa. They will need to apply and be accepted/rejected on their merit alone, however I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Maybe. I doubt they have the resources. We've been waiting since August 2016 and know the case has been at the Seattle office for over six months. There's no way they can reasonably interview everyone, let alone within six months.

To the best of my understanding, the Supreme Court's final judgement will come out around June 30th. 
 
The Dept. of State says - From December 8, 2017 through May 15, 2018, at least 655 applicants were cleared for waivers after a consular officer determined the applicants satisfied all criteria and completed all required processing.  Many of those applicants already have received their visas.

The day has finally come that we have our interview tomorrow.
 
Last time we had an interview at USCIS, we were flagged for additional screening due to the world's most comical mix-up. Someone was asked whether we had a romantic relationship and thought they wanted some specific details they wouldn't share. 🤣 At the time, I thought I might pee myself in the waiting room while I awaited my turn at the questions. 
 
I'm rehashing the questions, just out of nostalgia while making some salsa, and I couldn't help but think - wouldn't it just be better to describe the mess that is my dining table? The empty licorice box, the two sets of door knobs, the random clothing rack bar from the project I keep forgetting, etc. It seems way more enlightening than where we ate last. 
 
Anyways - here's hoping to the END of this VJ. I'll keep everyone posted how it goes at the Seattle office with the joint interview. Fingers crossed!

i don’t know why a Filipino (as OP wants to look for) would want to move halfway across the world to live in the sticks for an unliveable wage any more than an American would...?

Pay a living wage and offer good benefits and you'll have quality employees beating down your door.

Really sounds like probably easier just hiring someone local but upping their pay maybe to get someone better or it would persuade someone to stay longer and work harder.... getting someone from overseas isn't exactly cheap so.. 

Misrepresentation or omitting information could cause a ban.  It's so clear here what they did.  There's no getting around it.  This was visa fraud and they were just lucky they didn't get caught...YET.

Yeah you keep saying initial entry, that’s not a thing. It doesn’t matter if you leave the country to go to Canada for two days or a year in Europe. You’re still ending the purpose of that trip and when you enter it again it’s a brand new trip. She left and entered with intent to marry. Your course of action now is file for CR1. She leaves by the date on her passport and waits out her interview in her country. Takes around 16 months. If she stays she risks an overstay and a misinterpretation issue which could lead to being permanetely banned from the United States. Not really worth the risk. 

Did you know you were gonna get married before she entered? It honestly sounds like you did because you said went overseas for a family reception. That proves intent.

I wouldn't worry about it - it's a proposal that has to be passed. It's far from it at this point and I expect it to remain the same. 

Congrats on getting this far, especially with the long waits required in Seattle office. I'm sure you will do great at the interview.

The day has finally come that we have our interview tomorrow.
 
Last time we had an interview at USCIS, we were flagged for additional screening due to the world's most comical mix-up. Someone was asked whether we had a romantic relationship and thought they wanted some specific details they wouldn't share. 🤣 At the time, I thought I might pee myself in the waiting room while I awaited my turn at the questions. 
 
I'm rehashing the questions, just out of nostalgia while making some salsa, and I couldn't help but think - wouldn't it just be better to describe the mess that is my dining table? The empty licorice box, the two sets of door knobs, the random clothing rack bar from the project I keep forgetting, etc. It seems way more enlightening than where we ate last. 
 
Anyways - here's hoping to the END of this VJ. I'll keep everyone posted how it goes at the Seattle office with the joint interview. Fingers crossed!

How many married couples have ended up separating, divorcing before, or divorcing after * having countless issues where immigration times are the smallest portion of it*  all because of *not loving and carrying for each other enough and not being mature enough to survive few months apart*  and the depression and anxiety created from being in a *miserable relationship that if it didn't survive immigration process, would probably fall apart anyway* ?
